In Part I of The Frequency of Hope, host Tonya Dawn Recla talked about the importance of deconstructing the frequency of fear. In Part II, she expands on this concept by guiding us in how to transition our lives to operate in the frequency of hope. While this sounds like a wonderful, harmonious existence, it isn’t always easy for people to believe in. The very concept of hope gets meshed with faith, belief, dreaming, religion, spirituality, and so much more. Are we able to transcend the paralyzing fear of looking foolish or being wrong in order to realize the full potential of living free from dense restriction of lower frequencies? That becomes the question each of us must face in order to boldly and courageously create in the frequency of hope. Listen now as Tonya wraps up this two-part series and teaches us how to remove ourselves from the clutches of fear and claim the lives that lie beyond.

Hello everyone. This is Tonya Dawn Recla, your Super Power Expert and I’m following up this week on last week’s part one of the Frequency of Hope.

Today, we’re talking about this idea of as we’re disentangling ourselves from the frequency of fear, how do we really step into the frequency of hope? So I know last week, we kind of hammered the idea of we’ve got to look at the subtle signals, we unpack all that. We have to look at where we’re perpetuating and building from the state of fear and we don’t even realize it.

But since the series is called the Frequency of Hope, I wanted to make sure to end it on a notion of, “Okay, great!”

So we get this, we don’t want to live in fear. How do we not do that? How do we really truly step into the truth? We talked about it on the last episode of fear around living in hope.

We know how to do it, we all kind of want to do it, we naturally gravitate to it. It’s the programs that keep us away from it. Part of that program is logic, intellectualism, intelligence, education. We hold that in high regard in most of our cultures. And the idea that you could foolishly and blindly kind of live by hope feels foolish. We’re afraid that we’re going to be viewed as naive or as ignorant. For some folks that’s a reckless kind of thing.

I mean, again, you’re talking to one half of a co founding team of corporate counterintelligence firm that handles risk mitigation and due diligence, right? So I get it. We’ve lived in that world for so long and there’s real value in integrating due diligence processes, decision making capabilities, strategy analysis as a foundational technique to hone the mind.

But ultimately, at the end of the day, we’re talking about creating our realities. We have to choose, do we want a world that’s rooted in paranoia or do we want a world rooted in pronoia, this idea that the universe is conspiring on our behalf. Both are possible. Both are very real. Both are very different though and they require different strategies. So if you don’t know which playgrounds you’re playing, then it’s difficult to really, truly create your existence because you’re kind of at the whim of this vague notion of what the world actually looks like and how it works, right?

If you can honestly say that you know the difference between operating from the frequency of hope versus the frequency of fear, then how do you think that you’re intentionally creating your reality? How? If you don’t know what the foundational component is, right?

We think we’re creating, but most of us are completely unaware of the real frequency differentials, the density frequent differentials between hope and fear.

But that’s what we think. We think we’re creating, but most of us are completely unaware of the real frequency differentials, the density frequent differentials between hope and fear. And so we’re going to take a look at that today. Hopefully all of you engaged in the challenge from last week of just listening, listening to your conversations, listening to what other people are talking about, the thoughts that you’re having and observing those and trying not to feed the fear, right? Really starting to sensitize yourself to what that feels like. Well as you do that more and more you learn that it’s actually right.

The alternative could be hope, right? It could be this higher loving, more expansive feeling and it starts to feel good. The whole point of this work is to get to what we call the tipping point of where you’re operating on a frequency of hope more frequently than you’re operating in the frequency of fear. There’s only one way to do that though, and that’s if you’re aware of it.

So this awareness component, the stuff that we’re talking about here has to be the first step. And I do mean the first step, folks. Do not assume that a two-part series on the frequency of hope now transforms your entire existence. It may catalyze it, it may spark it, it may grow, but there’s real deep work to be done in removing and integrating and reframing programs. Yours, your genealogical ones, your everything.

There’s a complicated interconnectedness in all of this, but it is doable. It’s not insurmountable and it is really well worth it. But ultimately for those of you who feel called to change the world and to have an impact, our tribe, the ones who listen, it’s a necessity. You don’t have a choice because if you don’t disentangle yourself in the frequency of fear and choose to operate in this frequency of hope concept, then you can’t have an impact. Because all you’re going to do is basically it means that you’re holding on with white knuckle grip to the density of the frequency of fear that perpetuates all of the problems that you are guided to resolve and to help solve it. And so, the only way to do that is to really be able to elevate yourself above that.

But I want to be very clear. What we’re not talking about here is we’re not talking about burying our heads in the sand, shoving things under the rug. We have so many idioms in English alone about being foolish, right? About being foolhardy, about not paying attention to things about being simple minded about being naive and so it does take some chutzpah to be able to counter all of that. We’re going to go into the break right now.

Again, we’re talking about, this is part two, frequency of hope, and as we go into this break going and take a minute, kind of take a deep breath and really ask yourself, “What would my life look like if I could embrace what Tonya is talking about?”

If there really is this notion of the frequency of hope and I could create from it all the time and not slip into that frequency of fear, what would the difference for me? I really want you to ponder that until we come back from break.
