She shares the mission of the Super Power Experts community and invites listeners to participate with her, her family, and others walking in step with the divine. Listen now to this powerful episode that encourages all of us to step into the community for a year of support, growth, and love.

Tonya Dawn Recla:

Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Science of Superpowers. I’m so glad that you’ve chosen to join us again and in this great new year, this is exciting stuff. As we gently and lovingly release 2021 and are stepping fully into 2022, what an awesome time to reflect and to look forward and say, “Hey, what are we visioning into?” And in our world, I know January is serving to be this amazing month, all around renewing trust. And in this particular episode, we’re talking about renewing trust in the community. I know a lot of you, over the pandemic, found out some things about groups you were involved with or communities or associations, organizations that didn’t sit well with you, or maybe you felt betrayed by them, or you felt let down or disappointed, or even a little bit fearful at times, if it came down to identity matters and things that really matter to you or that you feel are part of you and they weren’t being well received or didn’t appear to be reflected in a beautiful light to you in those spaces.

And that’s tough. That is a tough thing to go through. We’ve done that as a family, each of us has done that as individuals. And within our organization, we deal with that with our clients and help them move through those situations in ways that hopefully can maintain some semblance of love and high vibration, and connectedness. And it can be challenging. I know that for those of you who are in those spaces, this is near and dear to your heart. And it is to us too. Because what we have found is in the transformational walk and this developmental journey, as we desire to move more closely in alignment with the divine, we come up against abrasions with others, with our brethren here, with those of us who are walking, those who are walking beside us, or even the paradigm itself.

Sometimes we can so clearly feel and know God, and then we look at the world and it’s like, “mm, not that.” And so in the body of work that we work with here, the Science of Superpowers, this whole paradigm that we play in, what we do with that is we look at it from what we call the inside out game. We’re always looking at the reflection in terms of what we are subtly emitting that is bringing that to us? Not victimization, not blaming people, all of those areas that we like to go to. We lean too far to the left, too far to the right. Anywhere that we can go where we’re not having to maintain this harmony and balance is too convenient in these stages.

And what I mean by that is it takes incredible gumption and hutzpah to stay in a container that’s uncomfortable. And sometimes we are called out of it. A lot of times we’re called to stay there, in love. And for a lot of you, I know that is the next step on your journey. How do you do that? And we’re going to look at some components of that today and what really goes into maybe choosing a community where you can relax into. I know in a lot of ways, with the pandemic, it seems to have leaned people into one direction or another. Either they want nothing to do with people and are going complete isolation, or they’re so hungry for it that they find themselves sacrificing certain things just to be with people or just to say they have friends or just whatever.

And that’s not with judgment. That’s a totally viable thing when the world’s moving out of control and you’re not really sure which end is up, gathering together isn’t the worst idea. How do we maintain ourselves in that space and move through different communities? We hold the belief that there’s no. or It’s not as much a case of the bad environments, although certainly there are areas where maybe they aren’t filling to you, maybe they don’t feel good to you, but a lot of times we find ourselves navigating to environments so that we can see reflected in them something from within ourselves that maybe we can’t see or are unwilling to see. And it’s not always obvious. Community is a phenomenal way for us to really expedite our growth, whether you’re doing it in family, in marriage, in partnership, in a workplace, whatever the case may be, wherever you interact with other people, that’s an opportunity for spirit to show you where perhaps there are areas that are still very rooted in some fear paradigm or in something other than what your divine aspect knows to be true.

It can get really confusing because you have people in the communities, but then you also have your own development. They’re serving as these fractals or these reflections for you of simply an aspect of you. So be really cautious in spaces to, first and foremost, apply what we call the whole person concept. And I’ll review that here in a minute. And a second component that you can play with is really taking it slow. In the social media era, we’re all calling each other our friends before we even know each other. And that’s fine, but recognize what that is and what it really isn’t. Some of us have relationships that have been built on years of experience. And within those years, there have been things that have happened that didn’t feel good, and there have been miscommunications and there have been hurt feelings.

And there have been all of the things that that relationship has endeavored to find ways to heal, to find communication patterns that don’t create those things, to find ways that they can connect in common ground to find methods of communication when things aren’t always lovely. There’s real developmental things that occur when we take our time. That’s true of our relationship with the divine as well, but really, really crucial when the pot that we’re all sitting in a water boiling because no one’s really sure what to do. Patience and love and a little gentle consideration go a long way in those spaces. But we’ll talk more about those techniques. One of the things to consider too is what is the community cohering for? You can look at places that are aligned around an activity, which is great, around a belief structure, around a shared goal.

Get clear about that because sometimes we get confused when we try to make a community or group of people into something that they’re not. And then we get disappointed when they’re not that thing. Be really clear about why you’re engaging in things and what that group is there to do. For instance, in our community at Superpower Experts, the whole purpose is to bring people together to connect as they are walking on their own individual developmental journeys and see if there are places where they meet up with others, see where we can collaborate and co-create together, support each other in that. While everybody is walking their own path, there are a lot of similarities. We can pull on some threads and we can certainly love each other and support each other in the process.

There is this sense of comfort. When others present this social proof idea of, “oh, wait, I’m not alone.” And trust me when I say you’re not, and I know you all know the success of the network and the fact that many, many, many, many people are wanting to hear positive stories and ways to use your superpowers and ways to connect into Cosmic Consciousness and all of these things that we discuss here on the network. Many, many, many, many people are listening right alongside you. It is okay to join together. Our virtual community does exactly that. It allows those that listen to our network, to come together and meet up for a common good, for impact, for connection, for co-creation.

We welcome you to join us in our community, just go to superpowerexperts.com. It is where our listeners gather. You get to interact with us. We use it. I love it. We have new moon ceremonies that we attend, hosted by Tatiana Berindei. We have the community calls that we contribute to, which we love. I do a message each month, all kinds of yumminess that we connect into. Kristen Maxwell, our host of Your SuperPowered Mind, is amazing in the workshop space, whether it’s goal setting or mindsets. And AngelaMaría does these delicious meditations. It’s our community. It’s what we use that feeds us and fuels us. Our family’s very active in it. You hear all about it on the Reclamation Show. It’s a great place to just be in that sense.

And there are many. Find the ones that resonate with you. But if you’re looking for community, we invite you to come to join up with us and at least give it a try and see if you’re interested. Reach out to us and let us know. But stay with us right now. I’m going to go over some of those techniques in a little bit deeper detail of how you can apply a little bit of a due diligence lens when you’re getting ready to get into a community, and how to navigate within there so you can stay in alignment with your divine path. Talking today is all about renewing trust in the community. Stay with us, we’ll be right back.
