Understanding Triggers

Thought energy, emotional energy, and body frequencies are just data and are not

completed the developmental journey, and there is something there for you to look at.

Cognitive Triggers

Looking at the words you speak, you can see where you still hold the belief that you are

Managing Cognitive Triggers

Cognitive triggers are all about doubt/regrets/perceptions from the past and fear about the future.  You

will only be able to catch these thoughts as a trigger if you remind yourself every day or every moment

 what it feels like to be _________________________  into the divine . 

Thought energy is limited and will lead you astray.  It is a neutral _________________________ .

Nothing that happened more than 10 seconds ago is relevant. 

If you are worrying about the future, ask:  Does a _________________________  need to be made right

Emotional Triggers

about how we feel we are usually sharing stories .

See if you can have the experience of the emotional energy without going into your

Managing Emotional Triggers

To manage emotions, two steps absolutely have to happen:

Step 1:  You must be able to _________________________ from the emotion. 

Step 2:  _________________________ the emotion.  Turning your emotions into a story and processing

through them as a story is not the same as _________________________ your emotions. 

Vibrational Triggers

All fear stories/constrictions are dense energy that come from a feeling of _________________________

When you experience something you don’t know how to deal with and you aren’t in communion with

spirit, it will create a _________________________ in the body so that energy can no longer

Managing Vibrational Triggers                                                           

Vibrational triggers are purely energetic.  The key with vibrations is to

When you sense vibration in your body (perhaps as constriction), keep it in the energetics and

Exercises to loosen the vibrations:

  1. Open up:  When you feel constriction, envision it as a _________________________ ,

opening its petals and butterflies flying out.  Let it go and open up, and the energy will

move.

  1. Expand beyond that.  You are actually a physical body being held in the midst of a huge

spiritual body.  The more you can expand out, the less constriction can hide in you.  Sit

and envision:  I am bigger than my body, this room, this building, this city, this country,

the world.  Imagine hugging the world.
