Managing Emotional Triggers

Emotional energy is not pure vibration, because it has a story/label, but is the energy that decorates the thoughts.

To manage emotions, two steps absolutely have to happen:

Step 1:  You must be able to detach from the emotion.  Go into the divine observer space and remember that you are not your emotions.

Step 2:  Integrate the emotion.  Turning your emotions into a story and processing through them as a story is not the same as integrating your emotions.  Imagine the emotional energy as a ball outside of you.  Look at it and then envision bringing it back into your heart chakra and transmuting it into a bright light from your heart.
