Managing Vibrational Triggers

Managing vibrational triggers requires that you be able to identify the triggers as such, usually after you learn how to deal with the cognitive and emotional trigger components.

Vibrational triggers are purely energetic. The key with vibrations is to loosen them up so they can move.

When you sense vibration in your body (perhaps as constriction), keep it in the energetics and don’t give it a label as an emotion.

Exercises to loosen the vibrations:

— Open up: When you feel constriction, envision it as a flower, opening its petals and butterflies flying out. Let it go and open up, and the energy will move.

— Expand: You are not a spirit inhabiting a puny physical being. Expand beyond that. You are actually a physical body being held in the midst of a huge spiritual body. The more you can expand out, the less constriction can hide in you. Sit and envision: I am bigger than my body, this room, this building, this city, this country, the world. Imagine hugging the world.

— Dissolve yourself — allow the vibrational triggers to wash away.

— Unzip yourself. Imagine unzipping your body and your light self-stepping out of your body.
