Collaboration

As people master their personal power, they start to see that there is more than just cooperative theory. The next phase of this is collaboration. There is a developmental difference, because you cannot move into collaboration until you have mastered your personal power. You don’t have to master your personal power in order to cooperate.

Cooperation is teaching people to be nice even if they don’t want to. You can enforce cooperation, but you can’t enforce collaboration. Collaboration requires a degree of awareness. This is where we are joining forces in order to build.

There is a shared love concept in collaboration, even if we don’t agree. The mastermind concept comes in here. Collaboration is incredibly powerful and we don’t have nearly enough people playing here yet. At SPE this is our body of work – we understand why collaboration doesn’t happen and also how to make it happen.
