Great, great, great resource there, folks. Don’t let that pass you by.
The next series is all about integrity. So we’ve learned we’ve been through atonement. How do we kind of dig deep and interact with others. Then we go into Falling in Flow and that’s leaning into the flow of divine and co-creating in that space with Spirit. And now we’re going to talk about integrity. Of course, the ramp up here in the states to the elections and everything else, not to mention everything that the world has endured over the last however many months. And this concept of integrity is so front and center. Who gets to determine it, who gets to judge it, who gets to define it, who gets to deploy it. What does it mean and is it necessary? And why do some people think that it’s a necessary kind of core principle and others don’t? What determines that? And so this series is all about taking a dive into that.
And of course, with everything that we do here, we will absolutely advocate for that personal responsibility, that self-dominion aspect, because we believe that you can’t turn your life over. You can’t turn your motivations, your purpose, your house, your walk, everything over to source unless you have some idea of what all’s happening inside of you. Because if you’re being hijacked by aspects of yourself that you’re not aware of, or are only flared up when you get irritated, then you’re not in control. And if you’re not in control of those aspects, then how can you possibly turn them over? And of course, along the way we get to ask for assistance with that. Spirit will come in and help guide us in that pursuit. But the turning over of it is our responsibility. And if you don’t have any sort of pillar of integrity in the sense that you haven’t even spent time asking yourself what that word means to you, then I’m going to recommend that you take time during this series that we’re embarking on to really do just that.
If you haven’t looked at your own personal integrity, what does it mean to not have to constantly fall over yourself and backpedal and apologize because you’re not being in integrity with your words? What does it mean to be able to not just maintain relationships, but uplift them to a higher level because you’re true to your word? You have integrity in terms of your agreements. There’s so much residual or kind of unforeseen benefits that come from adopting a really solid aspect of integrity within that side of yourself as a core kind of guiding principle. Now not to be mistaken with the guidance that you receive from the divine, but the personal integrity piece is what allows for us to train ourselves, to discipline ourselves so that we can receive more and more from the divine.
And the personal integrity piece has to be the foundation of that. It’s so easy for us to just look out at everybody else or to look at circumstances and say, “Well, this is this and that is that,” but almost 99.99999% of the time, if you’re in constriction, if something’s triggered you, then you’re not seeing through lenses of knowingness, of truth, of anything kind of connected into God’s guidance. What instead you’re seeing through is the perspective of fear, that filter of fear. And it’s incredibly difficult to get yourself to a vantage point of anything truth when you’re in that sort of a constriction and in these higher levels where we are hesitant to call them constrictions because we’re not in total fear, we’re not trembling. It’s just a mild irritation. That person just did this thing. And it’s just irritating. And they should really deal with their wounds and their packages and their stories and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, all that stuff.
But irritation is the biggest lie. It’s a hyper-sophisticated intellectualized version of fear and a coverup. And so it’s just a distraction anyway. So we start this series looking at that personal integrity piece. And we’ll come back after the break here and talk about the next two parts that we cover in the series. But recognize, too, that when we talk about integrity, we’re not just keeping it at the basic manners. You should adhere to your word. We’re talking about everything even in the kind of space of what we call vision integrity. If you’ve been getting guidance or dreams or visions of what your mission is, your purpose, you can kind of see it, you can start to taste it.
And if you aren’t behaving in a way that’s in integrity with that vision, then it can’t happen. If you’re not deploying kind of your own discipline and your own organizational techniques, then you’re not in integrity with that vision. And we’ll talk more about how widespread those implications are when we come back from the break.
Again, this is Tonya Dawn Recla. Today we’re talking about integrity, the next IM Series that we’re launching here. And you’re not going to want to miss those.
