Take Responsibility
One of the biggest reasons people resist the process of atonement is because we never like accepting that we may be at fault. But taking responsibility for our actions isn’t the same thing as admitting fault. And, we can take responsibility for our actions and that doesn’t always mean the same thing as acknowledging guilt in the way someone else may desire. This is a really important distinction to grasp and then communicate into the hearts of any guilt, blame, remorse, programs running in your subconscious.
