Welcome, everyone. I’m AngelaMaría, your messenger today here on the IM show. I am so excited to share with you the IM series content, all of these fascinating topics that are related to this human experience, and how to make it better.

What did you think about our past series, Finding Freedom? What stayed in your heart? Are you aware now that your freedom is a state of mind?

I have realized that my constant desire in life is freedom. Freedom in my choices, freedom of money, freedom of energy. I just want to feel expansion everywhere, and that was what stayed in my heart.

Now, I know that if I am thinking in freedom and from freedom, if I open up my way of thinking, my way of feeling, my way of expressing, then I start working in this state of mind that is just expansion, unlimited expansion. What about you?

Today, we’re going to start our new series, Tapping into Resilience. So before we start, I want you to write it down, and if you have already listened to the IM series, these were part of the actions I asked you to do before going to listen to our guest that I’m going to introduce you later, Antonia.

What is resilience for you? Do you have a process to work or release your emotions? And if you do, write down the process. When you feel something, what do you do with that emotion? Do you just keep it to yourself? You just don’t even realize you are feeling that? What do you do? Write it down and pass this audio right here. Write those answers down and then keep going.

But my other question also for you is do you feel resistant to resilience? There is any resistance in you when you are going through difficult times or challenging moments? What is that? What happens when these moments in life come to you and you just feel overwhelmed? What do you feel when somebody thinks or talks about resilience?

Being resilient is a plus nowadays. It allows you to turn obstacles into advantages, to know how to take whatever challenges we face, rise above them, and create opportunities, and possibilities that you never imagined. That’s the key. That’s the main idea of this series, and this is part of the description that you will find on our site.

After you do all of that and you are aware of that, you may think what if I am not resilient? What if I have never considered that option in my life, and I am just learning now?

Well, that is also perfect because your time is now. As this latest IM series on tapping into resilience walks through tools and tactics we can use to find secure footing no matter what challenges we face. Becoming resilient means discovering that we have the option to respond differently to whatever is happening in our life.
