Pronoia is the powerful assumption that the universe conspires on your behalf. Dismissed as naive and pollyanna-ish, pronoia rarely gets the attention it deserves. It’s much like the Super Power of love. However these are two of the most powerful elements available to us in creating our existence. This concept is no secret to Reiki Master and transformational coach, Arnaud Saint-Paul. In addition to harnessing universal energy, he believes technology is the expression of consciousness. Listen in as Arnaud illuminates some of the secrets he’s used to guide thousands of people on their path toward happiness.

Hello this is Tonya Dawn Recla your Super Power Expert and I’m so excited to have with me today just a gem of an individual, we haven’t known each other for a real long time but in the short time that we’ve existed, or I guess I should say communed together, it’s been delightful. He is just amazingly brilliant with his understanding of how to move people and groups into things.

Arnaud St. Paul is all about empowering businesses and individuals and the concept that they use is to Heal Through Words which you know, what’s not to like about that concept? So, I’m excited to have him share a lot of that with you, but really the mission of consciousness, and leadership, and empowerment, and mindfulness it’s completely in alignment with what we represent here at Super Power Experts. So, I’m just really excited to get into the conversation and I’m going to stop now or I’ll brag for days. Thank you for joining us!

Hello. I’m so happy to be here. I am as excited as you are. It’s a pleasure and as you said our short conversations we already had were very deep, which is very rare. I am really appreciative of that, and to be here to spend some time with you and your audience of course.

Thank you so much and we’re going to jump right into it and ask you what are your super powers?

Well, fortunately we have an “s” at the end of the question. So, I am good with that. When I was five years old I had that super power of being able to feel people’s negative self-talk that created a shield between their experiences who they really were. So, that was my early age superpower and we won’t go through all of them now because it wouldn’t make sense, but my main super power is love.

Mm hmm. Wow! That one dropped like hard, it was like “Boom!” and we’re done here, drop the mic, we don’t need to say anything else. I can agree with that just in what I feel coming from you. So, talk to me about Healing Through Words, how did that whole concept come to be?

So, one of the things that my life has been trained through is in that search of “Who am I?” at a really young age I started that quest and I never stopped until today. That “Who am I?” question has been at the forefront of all my different experiences. So, you know start with having some social activities where you find out what is acceptable and what is expected of you. So, you do that and you are very happy to do it and then at some point you figure out that maybe it’s not exactly you, and that’s not what you want to do.

So, I had two lives, one was my spiritual life and the other was the entrepreneur of life. Heal Through Words was really the summary of all of that. The contestant of “Who am I?” The purpose of this is with my wife Roxanna Jones who is a bestselling author; and we have a purpose in life to bring as many people we can to merge with their heart to become their Devine self. It’s here that they can live in all that they are now, in this moment, in this paradise. So, that’s how Heal Through Words came about because when we are interacting with ourselves and reality we use words, in these words they have super powers that create worlds. Not only in a figurative way and not just at an experience level but pragmatically. When we look at Christianity and the Bible they say that the world was created with a word, by God so to speak just specific religion. So, Heal Through Words is all about empowering individuals, leaders, or teams through the positivity and heartfulness.

I always say that heartfulness is like mindfulness on steroids. It consists of four pillars of mindfulness, positive words, gratitude, and physical as a science. We created these methods that we started online and we have now come each year about 300,000 people that are using our positive messages every day and they really get transform in a very short period of time. Opening up to themselves and to more of a love based life and relationships or experience. We also created programs for companies as well that work very well for them. We were on that path towards reaching one billion people by 2020. We’re here to change the world in a way.

I love it. This is no small feat, let’s not discredit because all of these things that you mention, every single one of those pieces of that puzzle are essential.

I like how you kind of brushed over how you had this spiritual journey, and then you became an entrepreneur, and then you merged those things and that in and of itself is huge.

Yes, very true.

That is a giant leap for people to integrate those and it was maybe four or five years ago when I started kind of asking that question every single successful business person I knew had some sort of practice that they did outside of business. Whether it was spirituality, or religion, or some kind of magic, or energy or, I don’t know witchcraft and it just didn’t matter what it was. There were some things some element that they possessed and that they had strived to get to but no one was talking about it. That was kind of my constellation, it was like well let’s give credit where credit is due. That personal development and self-actualization process is what feeds that success. So, to me to ignore that to me was like saying you know telling half of the story.

Yes, so true. I totally agree, because at the end of it every single human being is looking for a higher degree of coherence or cohesion as well. Which we call love at the end of it. So, if we can live without segregation and not being separated from ourselves. For example, I have my professional life and then in the other half I have my hobby, which we don’t need to talk about because that doesn’t make sense. We should be able to be all of the things we want to be without exceptions.

Yes, I started calling it like this holistic lifestyle where you know your work is your life and your life is your work. We just kind of started blending it all together. I remember being in that phase, in fact, I remember very specifically I was still an agent. So, here I am in the spy world and I started reading tarot cards. That was a really tough thing for me but I did it because I was having difficulty getting my mind to be quiet enough so I could hear my own intuition. A buddy of mine actually another agent had struck up a conversation and introduced me to the concept of intuitive Taro and oracle readings. I was like “Well what’s this?” You know and I really had no framework for it other than this vision of someone sitting in a back room somewhere with their crystal ball.

So, I very sneakily started this but didn’t say anything to anybody but maybe my husband that I was kind of thinking about this and is it safe for me to talk about this. I got this Innocuous deck and it changed everything for me because I allowed myself to relax into that process. I didn’t out myself for a very long time and now I’m even looking back and it feels silly to talk about it like that but I remember in the moment it was a big deal to me.

Oh, of course, we limit ourselves and as we were talking about earlier we can’t know how it’s going to look or what going to happen that allows us to exceptive of that new version of ourselves. It wouldn’t make much sense in the end, because we are only ourselves until that point, right. So, it’s just a reflection of us, so we might want to take a very big step toward all that we are instead of who we believe we are.

Well, it’s so interesting because to me that never ends. You think, “Ok, I’m redefining myself right now and that’s it and now I know who I am.” And that’s true in the moment and it does get easier but each time can be a bit tumultuous.

Definitely, at the end of it we are here to discover ourselves and to experience ourselves and to fully love ourselves, more and more and more. That’s the only purpose we have and obviously it’s a process that not necessarily conscious. That’s the way we are shaping our experiences. We can have different point of views or we can have one point of view and expand and go deeper into it as you were explaining earlier. That’s the beauty of this paradise that we are living in.

Absolutely, and it is fun and is entertaining and at the same time it can feel like the most terrifying thing in the world when you take those leaps.

But we’ve done it and we’ve lived to tell about it and we’ll continue to do it and others do it as well. So, we’re creating more and more social proof within that which makes it just that much easier for others to step through. So, I honor the work that you do for sure in that regard. Talk to me about what has motivated you. Any books or quotes that has propelled you forward or supported you in your moments of doubt?

Oh, so you mean in the moments when it was hard for me? At first I thought you meant the inceptions books?

Well, I think I threw everything together there in one question. You can pick!

Ok, I’ll do both but it stages:

So one of the things that was very interesting to me early in my life was that I was having insights in my early teen years. Within these years I found the books that contained these truths being laid out in paper, and it was like “Wow”. So, that was interesting. The books were really just confirmation to what was already inside. It is something that helps us to become more masters of our lives. The one book that was really amazing to me in my early age was Who Am I? by Ramana Maharshi who really paves the way of understanding how consciousness works. Now in these moments of difficulty when we are so ensconced in true reality or lose ourselves these days we have so many resources available online.

At the end of it reality is our guru, right. It’s the one teaching us everything that we need to know at the specific moment for us to be able to thrive and to jump to another state of being. So, there is the book of “life”, number one, and then we have many people like Abraham Hicks or even Albert Einstein in his own way. That helps a lot in understanding how we structure and form our reality on a day to day basis. These are for me what points North towards allowing myself to expand instead of shrinking myself to some reality I am identifying with at the specific moment.

Yeah, I love that you delineated that because I phrase it typically saying that “Truth changes-what’s true in a moment maybe not true in the next moment” and part of the reason for that is what we’re viewing and the version of reality we’re looking at in that moment and who we learn to become in the next moment, changes obviously the version of reality, and leaving space for that. One of my favorite quotes is a Walt Whitman quote and it says “Do I contradict myself? Very well I contradict myself. I am large, I contain multitudes.” and allowing for the contradiction, because that’s not how we’re raised. People want to know what box do you fit into, what title do you have.

We like consistency, we like to know this person is this, and define them and we would like that for ourselves. So, allowing the space for that to change is challenging for a lot of people.

Right. So, the funny part is that this is contradiction are contrasts which is what defines us. So, at the end of it we don’t want that but then in a way we do want that, so it like choose.

Right! Don’t get me started on “Choice” that’s a whole other conversation.

So you asked me about a quote and there is one that I selected for this conversation that I wrote. Sorry for that, but it not from someone else famous, “Love is the key to your dreams.”

I like that, I am actually writing that down. I like that a lot. You know I think that you’re entitled to a couple of quotes and here and there!

Let’s talk a little bit about what I shared with you about Super Power Experts and a little bit about that. I really want to talk about the NET which is Network of Evolutionary Transformation. What that is, is a way to create that social proof concept and so it exists for that support and mentorship; so it’s supporting people from underneath them as well as pulling them and encouraging them from higher echelons.

Part of it was that was built off of my own experience as well as my experience with clients and what I really think solidifies growth and change for people. What role did mentorship and support help you in your journey?

So, in my personal journey I believe that life has been my mentor. I have never had an individual becoming my mentor for any long period of time. These days I would say that my wife, who I have a very deep connection with, is my mentor in many different ways. I could also say that about many different people who are sharing the moments with me. So, to summarize I believe that any experience what so ever that is happening on a day to day basis is my mentor.

I like that distinction. In your experience of people do you think that’s a common trait for the, and I am not sure what you call them – I call them pioneers – the people who are always pushing the envelope in their growth.

I heard you say that you really didn’t have any mentors for a long period of time and I was very much the same way. So, I structured the NET in a way that there are different experts and different voices and everyone is kind of continuing on that evolution journey. With the idea that we do grow beyond, or beside, or away from different mentors at different times. Do you think that is a common trait for people who perceiver through that gauntlet of personal growth?

The issue with a mentor, well it’s not an issue, but a stage of growth I would say. So, with having a mentor there is this idea that you do not have the knowledge that he has. There for you diminish yourself in that process, not believing that all that you need is already inside of you. Which is an essential need in the growth path that we have in front of us. What I mean by that is the sooner the better that a person accepts that all that he or she is creates what he or she experience. So, when we have a guru or a mentor we can fall in that trap or becoming the disciple and again that is a great first stage any case of growth, but we don’t want to stay there for a long period of time because we would stay at the same level in terms of your own personal growth.

I can see that. Yeah I agree with that and I like that description.

At the same time like you and I have been talking about there is value in abdicating momentarily to somebody who has the courage to say look this is inside of you. This is what’s there.

Because I do think that there are certain parts of the journey there are some pretty persnickety little pieces that we have that without somebody else coming in to join intension with you, it can feel overwhelming to try to overcome them.

Yeah totally, guidance definitely by all means whether it’s a book, it’s a person, or someone from your family. It’s OK as long as we know that we’re still playing a game with ourselves, we are still in dialog with ourselves and going along the path so that we can learn some new things about ourselves then we’re are good to go.

I love that you said it’s a game. I say that all the time. Well, I could sit and talk with you all day but I do want to go ahead and honor your time first and foremost, and move to the final question that I really loved ask and I’m excited to hear your response.

We like to give our listeners a live in your power story and an example of what does this look like. To live an intuitive life style and to trust that like you said that we really do have that information inside of us. Do you have an example you’d like to share?

Yes, before I share I would like to mention something you and I talked about in our first conversation:

I would like to share with your audience a word in English that is not very much uses which describes what you just said. It’s called pronoia, is of Greek origin and it’s the antonym of paranoia. The concept behind that is that everything conspires for your good. Everything comes for a more positive outcome.

So that’s to illustrate this we have this amazing program at Heal Through Words called Re-Wire. Its a four-week program which helps people to let go of its negative self-talk and become more heartful, becoming more positive, become more coherent and we do that in four weeks and it’s has an amazing impact in the person’s life or companies as well it’s the same thing. The only thing we were missing is how do we get companies on board so that they understand what our program is about and also how we can we give them a taste of what we can do in four weeks in one day or even one hour?

So we needed to solve this issue and magically about two weeks ago I randomly met with a gentleman at a conference in Phoenix and he tells me about his project that he was going to launch when he was 60 years old. It just so happened he was 60 years old the day before we met and that model that he described to me was such a perfect fit it’s to the overall program that we have. I couldn’t have imagined it. It was such a perfection because in one hour it can lead to a huge transformation for management or for the CEO.

Then there is also the format for one day that also does the same thing for the full management of the company. Which is describing the actual experience that the person can have within the next four weeks. Then just looking at one of the pillars of Heartfulness which is positive words and then the four weeks is of course working on all four pillars at the same time.

So, that is when it’s not about gratefulness or chance, it’s about admiring the perfection of everything. And here we can’t see it because it’s seems like a very cold and a very short period today. You can also look at our lives and it is exactly the same thing. Everything is in alignment with exactly what we are experiencing today.

So, yeah I love that that’s really crucial. Pronoia is absolutely my new favorite word. So thank you for introducing me to that.

It takes time for some people to really relax into believing in that. You know it’s pure magic when that does occur.

So, the thing is it is true that we’re so we believe so much in the potential issues that could happen. We are so conditioned by having problems or expecting drama, it’s like having an addiction to feel bad or expecting bad things to happen. Reversing that to more and more love and more and more happiness more and more positive outcomes seems boring.

I love it! Yes!

How can you get rid of that addiction? and it is an addiction!

It is absolutely, I have at least 20 conversations this week alone on the dramas and how that really does hold a lot of people back. Because what does life look like without all of that?

Beauty, peacefulness, purity, happiness, joy, bliss.

Yeah. But it’s like you can say it all day long from this side of things and still like I said I remember there were many times I went through that process of “Well, what’s the point?”

And being ok that changing what that looks like is super powerful.

I don’t like I said I’m going to get off on another tangent with you but I love. I love the synchronicity. And I thank you so much for coming on the show. I know people are going to want to know more about you, where can we send them?

Well, I would love to receive them. So, we have a website www.healthruwords.com, and there we have two different gifts if your audience wants to look at that. One is a Daily Boost an ebook that has inspirational messages that help people to really transform. So, you can go to www.healthruwords.com/dailyboost.

Then more for CEOs of companies you if you want to experience that transformational call that I mentioned earlier which is absolutely amazing, I didn’t make it but even for me it was great. www.healthruwords.com/the-questions-experience and there you can subscribe, and answer the questions and get a phone call.

Very cool. Well thank you so much. I’m really excited to have made this connection and I look forward to many more conversations as we grow this relationship. I’m excited just to know that you’re out there doing this. However, we can support you just let us know.

Yes, thank you know we can do many things together for your audience. I would love to share our purpose is really to reach out and bring a positive message to the world. We have reached about 30 million people through social media. We want way more than that. More for bringing the new way of being to people, so any help with that is very much appreciated. Well, we could do this together. So there’s no question about that.

Very cool. Thank you. I know it’s such a pleasure. We appreciate you and to all of our listeners out there as always we appreciate your loyalty.

Until next time go out and uncover your super powers and change the world. Take care!
