Hello, this is AngelaMaría, one of the SuperPower Up! hosts and you’re listening to High-Frequency Healing Show:  Awaken SuperPowers Through Higher Dimension Healing. The only difference between where you are to where you want to be is the actions you take here and now to heal your life. Today, I will tell you about my interview with this amazing Colombian woman, Dr. Catalina Marín: Healing Yourself, Living in Mindfulness. Dr. Catalina Marín Múnera was born in Medellín, Colombia, my beautiful country. She’s a physician from the University of Antioquia and a specialist in psychiatry from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. She is an experiential facilitator of the Funiber University of Manizales alliance, also in Colombia. She has a diploma in coaching and NLP from the CES University. Dr. Catalina Marín has been a lecturer at a National Psychiatric Conference. She is currently a mindfulness instructor by the EsMindfulness Institute in Spain and co-founder of Seres Consciencia.

Activate Your Superpowers

Her superpower is open and compassionate listening. That kind of listening that heals. One memorable life lesson experience for her is when she was three years old. She got burned in her upper back. She was three months at the hospital in pain and away from her family and all her routine as a child changed. And suddenly, she saw herself playing with doctors instead. And of course, imagine what kind of experience this is for a three-year-old lady girl, who suddenly just was into a lot of pain and away from her routines. And she says that maybe that’s the reason why she made the decision to start investigating, learning, and then being graduated as a psychiatrist, because it was a way to understand how the mind works and all the pain and all the trauma that was caused by that experience when she was little.

I want you to know the way that I met Dr. Catalina Marín because it was very special. One day I received WhatsApp. In Colombia, we use a lot of WhatsApp messages and we have a WhatsApp group with my family in Colombia. My uncles, my cousins, and everybody. And it was an invitation to participate in a 21-day mindfulness challenge channel. Challenge about mindfulness. En español, conciencia plena. And I have heard a lot about mindfulness and, for some reason, it never just caught my attention to the point that I felt like I wanted to know more and investigate. No, it was just, “Oh, mindfulness. Yeah. Something cool. A way of meditating.” That’s what I thought. And of course, my uncle was promoting it, he said, “If you’re interested, let me know. We’re going to create a WhatsApp group.” And of course, I was in, it was with my family. I knew it was going to be a way for my family to learn to meditate and to start getting in all of these kinds of frequency.

I thought it was a great opportunity. I joined the group and that’s how I met Dr. Catalina Marín. We worked together for 21 days in an amazing experience where she and her husband, that we’re going to talk about her project later, were guiding us through a very nice, very well designed process of being able to stop your life and be more aware of what you’re doing, how you’re feeling, what are you thinking. It was amazing. We’ve been talking about my interview with Dr. Catalina Marín: Healing Yourself, Living in Mindfulness. When we come back from this short break, we’re going to talk more about her healing superpowers. Stay tuned. We’ll be right back.
