Our Super Power Programs are unique because we recognize that some people want to dip their toe into evolution and transformation and others want to dive right in. We’re each aware of our agreements and the energetic cycles pertaining to our unique design at different levels. Some experience it as a gentle nudging in a specific direction, some experience it as a tsunami of intense energetic cues, insisting we take big action NOW. We offer programs to fit either scenario and many in between. We also believe that coaching programs shouldn’t feel like a life sentence. While we are very vocal about viewing this work as a lifelong commitment, that commitment isn’t to us, it’s to your own divine nature. In order for practitioners to become part of the Super Power Experts®️ Coaches Team, they agree to continue their own evolution and expansion and to grow transparently in the presence of others. They commit to holding themselves accountable and being held accountable to their highest frequency. The Coaching Team’s online group and the weekly calls provide the perfect container to foster high vibrational transparency and accountability.
The Super Power Experts®️ Coaches commit to operating in collaboration and under the guidance of Executive Director Tonya Dawn Recla. They commit to continued education and training by Tonya and other Experts, both insuring their own evolution and the continued evolution of the Coaching Team standards of practice. The weekly calls and collaborative culture provide the opportunity for the practitioners to continue their own practice.

By supporting and guiding the Coaches, we can guarantee that the Super Power Programs overdeliver on the level of training and guidance for each client. Weekly coaching calls allow for oversight and ensure coherence for each client’s unique program.

While we appreciate that many people have engaged in personal development curriculum or spiritual growth content, there is an attunement and acculturation process that happens with our material. Everyone knows the material at some level, but the integration of it into your reality often requires a multi-pronged approach. We take the process of training individuals in higher level concepts very seriously and have seen what happens if they aren’t ready to carry and hold that power. Walking people through the material, in a specific way, enables us to insure each person can demonstrate mastery with foundational concepts before moving on to more advanced material.
The results vary significantly with each person. Since the goal is to free yourself from the fear that dictates your reality, the result is freedom to create it however you want. We do believe, however, that each of us makes agreements to represent specific aspects of the divine, in alignment with our unique superpowers, and this guides us in certain directions. But ultimately, once you are able to maintain and create from the abstract frequency, you recognize that you are the divine and innately guide energy to create your path as you know it.
We believe that NOT redesigning your reality is scarier. While it can be difficult to fathom, the reality most of us were programmed to operate within is built on fear. Fear acts as a control measure, created and perpetuated by ourselves. It is possible to operate from connection and the frequency of love instead, but this requires dismantling everything that you thought you knew about reality and having the courage to redesign it.

Super POWERS are the innate abilities which are available to everyone at various levels of awareness. Super POWERS exist so we can experience and engage the world in ways that allows us to remain in awareness so we may create our own experiences and assist others on their journey as well. These abilities include such things as empathy, intuition, psychic ability and more.
The NET is a membership based community because we want to make sure that those that are part of The NET are ready to play full out! We offer FREE content to all of our members via POWER U Classes as well as discounted services to all of NET members.

First thing to do is explore the Member content section of the website. Click here to login. Watch the classes in the POWER U Section of the Member content area, listen to all of the POWER Up! Podcast (highly recommend you listen to episode 4, “Triggers” first). Next, look for an invitation to the Secret Facebook Group. Please Check your email for your invitation (email will come from Facebook). Then Play, contribute and ask questions and engage in the group.
Another benefit of the being a NET member is you can participate in the monthly call. These calls are typically designed to provide a quick “intuitive drive by” guidance for NET members in a group call setting.
