Because of the self-oriented focus of CEFA, the process can be used with and taught to anyone to include children. In this foundational class you learn how to access CEFA within your own inner realm.
During a 2-hour virtual workshop with a Certified CEFA Trainer, become attuned to this beautiful activation process and vibrational coherence technique that brings expansive awareness and consciousness on all four levels of connection, empowering and aligning your energy field and unifying you with others.
The Core I class walks you through an introduction to CEFA with an overview of the modality and a breakdown of its multifaceted parts. Core I training focuses on the inner realm and strengthening your transenergetic core. This phase guides you to better understand the heart and breath connection. Learn to access an instant sense of calm, confidence, and creativity while feeling an elevated connection to the world and all within it.

Core II Training – The Outer Realm
Core I completion required
In this foundational class you learn how to access CEFA in the outer realm.
During a 2-hour virtual workshop with a Certified CEFA Trainer, become attuned to this beautiful activation process and vibrational coherence technique that brings expansive awareness and consciousness on all four levels of connection, empowering and aligning your energy field and unifying you with others.
The Core II class builds on the Core I experience and expands your awareness into CEFA outer realms. Core II training focuses on the great expanses of intelligence and wisdom that we can access whenever we tap in. This phase activates your access to creative intelligence and universal wisdom. Learn to expand into subtle spaces previously undreamt of and how to use that access to evolve how you interact with the world and all within it.

Core Mastery Certification
Core I & Core II completion required
In this master class you cohere the work from Core I and Core II in a beautiful experience of CEFA Core Mastery.
During a 2-hour virtual workshop with a Certified CEFA Trainer, become attuned to this beautiful activation process and vibrational coherence technique that brings expansive awareness and consciousness on all four levels of connection, empowering and aligning your energy field and unifying you with others.
The Core Mastery class guides you from the inner realm to the outer realm and activates your creative power center. In this incredibly delicious class, you experience the power of intentional CEFA in a mastery setting and the completion of the CEFA Core training. The learning and practice from Core I and Core II combine with the experience of bringing it all together to create a unique journey that prepares you for a lifetime of miraculous applications and the potential of guiding others in their journey.
Following Core Mastery, you have the opportunity to apply to become a CEFA Facilitator and offer sessions to others or become a CEFA trainer to guide classes. Regardless of how you continue in the CEFA modality, we welcome you to join us in this powerful experience of total divine creative expression.
