Hi, thank you so much for having me. I’m so excited to be here.
Tonya Dawn Recla:
Well, we’re really excited to have you and for you to share your brilliance with the audience, as we talk about finding the courage to step through. And we’ll talk more about where we’re taking that here in a moment. And as part of Women’s History Month, remember The Superpower Network celebrates Women’s History Month and is proud to align with the 2023 theme of honoring the women who tell our stories, as more women endeavor to find their voices and share their experiences. We open pathways for others to follow. We love you and love each other.Â
Awesome. Thank you so much for being here again, Amy, we’re so glad to have you here. And we’re gonna jump right in and say what are your superpowers? And how are you using them for good?
Amy Robeson:
First up? I love this question. Because I think we all have superpowers, some of them are laying dormant, and some want to come through and activate. And for me, one of my superpowers is getting curious, because I think that when we get curious about why we’re reacting the way that we’re reacting, or why am I behaving in this way? Or why am I letting that influence my decision? When you get curious, you have a different level of understanding of where you can go. And when you get curious more doors open versus more doors shutting because we have this ability to close ourselves off on the world when we are the victim of our own circumstances versus being empowered to make changes. And the doors will open up when we get curious, like why is that happening? Or why do I keep having the same pattern over and over and over again? And then my other superpower is being able to see the big picture and then zoom into the present moment and take one step at a time to go forward. And I usually do that with the Akashic records because I think that they’re one of the most amazing tools for self-discovery and curiosity.
Tonya Dawn Recla:
Brilliant. Well, those are some very powerful superpowers and superpowers indeed, I love the seemingly contrasting right of the visioning out there. And then the real sort of practicality of being able to sit in those spaces of real-time like do I write and remember kind of distilling that down in my book even down to like, a realization of like, I’m eating chocolate ice cream going? Do I like chocolate ice cream? Who says I like chocolate ice cream? And you know what, there were different options inside of me? Like maybe I do? Maybe I don’t. And so when you have that curiosity, I think it allows us the opportunity of the richness of an experience and the superpower space, we talked about it as the multi-dimensionality, right? Having the multi-dimensional experience like, you don’t have to stop at one as we exist materially virtually vibrationally like having all the fun, right? And so and how do we do that? Right. And so and then you mentioned the Akashic records. And so let’s talk a little bit about that. Because this month is all around women who tell our stories and I know a lot of folks working in the consciousness space, rely on the Akashic records. Tell us a little bit more about that and your journey into that space.
Amy Robeson:
So the Akashic record is a field of infinite possibilities. Every word and deep thought from the moment your soul is incepted is recorded in the Akash. And we could go into the Akashic records and speak to the guardians of the records, to receive love and guidance, and support in any and all areas of our life. Now, there are many practitioners out there, and their perceptions of how the records can be used can differ from each practitioner. So for me, I don’t use it just for past life regressions. I use it for the past, the present, and the future.
And for me, I love using it a lot for the present moment, because if I’m struggling with let’s say, getting some work done, I want to know why I can’t get the work done. Like why am I in avoidance mode? What can I do to overcome the avoidance mode? Or like what is also stopping me from maybe going to that next step or what have you so for me, the Akashic records is a great life tool in any and all areas of your life and how I found the Akashic Records was when I was wanting to go deeper into my spirituality, I hurt myself. I cracked my tailbone for the second time in my life, and I can feel myself starting Just slip into depression again. And I’ve been depressed in the past when I didn’t want to be here anymore. And I knew I didn’t want to get to that stage again. And I needed to find someone I needed to find a teacher, I needed to find something. And I had this desire to start meditating more because I was already doing yoga and like, I would go into these really deep meditations just within the two minutes at the end of the class, and I could feel myself slipping into the cosmos, and wanting and craving something more. And so I found my first spiritual teacher, and I learned like dream interpretation and like meditation, and I did this meditation teacher course.
And it sounds so simple, but it was because I learned how to like the Akashic records, how to do exorcisms how to do energy healing, like it was an intense course, that sounds so simple, but it wasn’t. And what I found is I started doing these journeys. And I realized that I’ve been accessing the Akashic record since I was a kid because I would have premonitions when I was a kid, and things would happen, like our dream and then it would happen either the next day, or it happened like a couple of years later when I would see it. And so like, I found this new tool that felt so familiar. And it opened up my gifts from when I was a kid too. And so like, I love when we find these tools.Â
Tonya Dawn Recla:
That is like little treasure, we call them, you know, going on little quests, you know, they’re quite some of those quests started when we were kids, right? And they, they kind of come to these culmination points, and we see the threads that tie them together in our world. We teach people you know, how about reading the field and playing in the field and flowing with the field and learning how to work with it, right? We just were binge-watching His Dark Materials in our house, and they talk about Justin, and reading the elite Tiamat are using the universal fields. And so I love these tools that are really becoming normalized, and we can talk about them in conversations around, what does it look like when we say, Hey, we’re really ready to transform our existence to transform us to transform the world? What is that going to take? And it starts, with us being willing to let the world transform right and coming up with other stories. And so we’re going to talk a little bit about that when we come back from the break. But before we do, Amy, where can people go to find out more about you?
Amy Robeson:
Yeah, you can go to amyrobeson.com. I have like over 20 plus free healings on their different free training. So you can go there and check it out.
Tonya Dawn Recla:
