Teamwork

One of the easiest ways to create a cohesive and fun family environment is to enjoin everyone in a team concept. Contrary to typical parenting strategies, maintaining a strict parent/child distinction isnā€™t always the highest approach. As we continue to witness from children, when given respect and an opportunity to express themselves, they quickly earn their seat at the table. But how do you teach a two year-old how to contribute? Or how do you encourage a disgruntled teen to participate? Or, better still, how do we talk with our own obstinate child who pipes up from time to time because somewhere along the line, they didnā€™t get heard? This message highlights a powerful process for anyone looking to improve relationships with their children and ready to set down their own internally divisive sabotage techniques. Donā€™t miss it!
