Organizational Integrity
As more and more people move into an expanded sense of wholeness that, necessarily, incorporates a high degree of integrity, we can start to see the next evolution into organizational integrity. As leaders continue to struggle with how to appease the public, their end users and their internal teams, we see a real chasm between those who knowingly and willfully walk with a sense of direction beyond their own fear and egos and those who do not. When people are struggling to stay afloat, they look to those who influence people, lead groups or pour into the next generation for guidance on how to be in the midst of uncertainty. The organizational culture develops from the top and informs those people looking for guidance. As we look ahead to what the world will look like we must ask ourselves if we want that world founded on more of the same or if we’re ready to make bold changes in how we pursue commerce, wealth, politics, education, entertainment, all of it is up for inquiry and ripe to be infused with a higher level of organizational integrity. Be sure to continue with this second message of the Integrity IM Series as we look at how to move groups of people into alignment with a higher good for all.
