Kristin Maxwell:

Hello, everyone, welcome. This is Your SuperPowered Mind. And I am Kristin Maxwell. And in this show, we explore the process of transformation and give you tools and strategies that you can use to transform your own life. Today, I am really excited to be talking to Staci Wright. And I want to talk to her about The Power of Surrender in Creation. And Staci Wright is an entrepreneur who has created multiple businesses, and as she says, made millions and lost millions. Along the way, she discovered a power within herself that allowed her to create businesses and follow her desires. And she now guides other business owners in their journeys to build businesses that feed their souls. And I wanted to talk to Staci because I work with a number of entrepreneurs, who feel like building businesses is a struggle, it’s hard work, and that they need to sacrifice so much. But Staci talks about the power of surrender and how it allows people to create with ease. And so whether you’re a business owner or have, you know, we’re on the pursuit of some other goal, maybe wouldn’t even you don’t even know what that goal is. I’m hoping that this conversation is going to be enlightening. So Staci, welcome to Your SuperPowered Mind.

Staci Wright:

Thank you so much, Kristin. I’m excited to be here.

Kristin Maxwell:

Yes, you are. You have a lot going on, which I’m really curious to ask you about. Yes. Yes. And my first question is always what superpower? Did you uncover in the process of mastering your mind?

Staci Wright:

Oh, man, that was quite a journey. Our minds are so complex. And we are such complex beings that it really, for me, there was a lot of conditioning from you know, from a young age of having some trauma, and some emotional needs not met as a young person that translated into my mind for limiting beliefs, that I’m not worthy, or that there’s something wrong with me. So there was a lot of that that had to be cleaned up in my process. But I would say if I look at overall the bigger picture of what I guess my superpower would be, or how I’ve learned to use my mind and use the power of my mind. It’s a kind of an ironic answer that I’m going to give and then I’ll explain a little bit after that. But I learned through a Serie A system of wisdom called Human Design, I learned that our minds are actually not designed to make decisions, which really caused me to pause for a minute when I heard that.

And the human design is a system isn’t that does give you an idea of how you are designed to make decisions. So for me, my decision-makers, my gut, we have brain cells in our gut, we have brain cells in our heart. And we have brain cells in our brain, obviously. But we do have the ability to process input and process data in our gut and in our heart. And so when we use those things to make decisions, it frees up our mind to be the superpower that it is, and we can harness the power of the mind and I was able to harness the power of my mind. But the decision-making process is my gut. So what I do my decisions is a yes or no on which path to take. And once I get that going, then the mind can come in and do its work with strategy and how to and problem solving and intention setting that allows the mind to be used to its fullest potential.

Kristin Maxwell:

Oh, that’s such an interesting answer. I love that. Very different, very unique. Yeah, it is very unique. This idea is that we’re not designed, the minds are not designed to make decisions. So I’m very curious.

Staci Wright:

You do think about what’s on your mind. What lives in our mind is really a system of conditioning that we’ve gotten from how we grew up in the society we live in the education that we’ve gotten through our school system, through our religion through our parents. So our mind gathers all of this information and holds it and then that becomes the filter with which we live our lives. And so when you’ve got stuff in your when we’ve been conditioned for things that are not necessarily true for us are not aligned with who we are, or our truth. We’re told who we should be and how we should act. I’m, then we’re living a life with all of those limiting beliefs and limiting thoughts. And that’s what’s influencing all of our experiences. So if we’re using that mechanism to make the decisions in our life, then it goes, stands to reason that we may not make the best decisions that are fully aligned with the ultimate truth of who we are.

Kristin Maxwell:

Yes, I love that. And I really want to go more deeply into that to unpack that so people can understand it because this is a different way of thinking. But before we do, we’re going to take a quick break. And I’m going to just let people know that they can find Staci and some of her work at CEOEssentials.net. And we’ll be talking about some of the opportunities she has later. So stay tuned and listen, and for that, and in the meantime, hold on, we’ll come back and talk more about this idea of surrender and creating and what our minds are actually designed to do, and how we get them out of the way. So hang on.
