Hello everyone. This is Amorahki, giving you a big warm welcome. You are listening to Superpowers of the Soul, and today we’re talking about Soul of New Business. I am just so excited for this conversation, and I’m so happy to be sharing this time together with you today, really sharing this sacred space together. So thank you so much for joining us here.
This particular topic is quite near and dear to my heart. I know so many people, and myself very much included, who have really struggled between knowing that we really need to be doing things a different way, seeing the massive potential in doing business a different way, and yet, as we strive to do things differently, we still find ourselves kind of getting lost or stuck in these old models and ways of doing. Even though we know, we can feel it, we know they’re just not aligned with the frequency of our visions or of our intentions.
And now here we are, the world as we’ve known it appears to be kind of crumbling all around us in all kinds of different ways. And yet simultaneously, something new is being born, something new is being built. And I think that’s why I’m just feeling so excited today, and dare I say a little hopeful, to be talking today with someone who’s really at the forefront of these new ways of building in business, someone who’s just so devotedly and successfully building by divine design, who is so willing to share her earned wisdom, just so generously with others. And folks, this is no ordinary wisdom we’re talking about here. This woman is someone who is truly out in front, walking her talk like nothing I’ve ever really seen or really imagined even, and all the while carving out a lighted path for all of us here along the way. She’s just so brilliant, she’s beautiful and she just pours this exquisite love into everyone she meets and into everything she does. And she’s just building universes out of it, superpower universes, actually.
So, without further ado, please join me in giving such a huge welcome to the Executive Director of Superpower Experts, the founder of the Superpower Network, and someone I am just so, so deeply honored to know as a mentor, Tonya Dawn Recla. Tonya, welcome to the show, love.

Oh, thank you so much. What a delightful introduction. And I’m so excited to share this space with you. Thank you for that beautiful reflection.
Amorahki:
Oh, thank you so much for being here. I am so thrilled to be in a shared space with you, as always, but for this particular conversation, I can hardly wait for this conversation, for what we will have the opportunity to really learn from you and through you in our time together today. I can’t really imagine anyone better to kind of shed a light on what the new soul of business is really all about and what it actually takes to build in this space. And I could go on and on and on, and I will. But before we get too deep into that conversation, because I know it’s going to go deep, let me just ask you this to start us off. On other amazing podcasts throughout the Superpower Network, I just love hearing people talk about their superpowers. So can I just start us off by asking you, what are your superpowers of the soul, and how are you using them for good right now?
Tonya Dawn Recla:
Beautiful, beautiful. Well, the answer continually changes right, in our evolution and we just build, we don’t lose our superpowers, we just get to build on top of them. And currently, I am inclined to encapsulate it in exactly what you were speaking to, the commitment to building in divine design. In fact, we have a whole organization and training models called DICON, which are divergent/convergent models. We’ve been studying this, oh probably for lifetimes.
But formally, at least for the last decade or so, in terms of how do you really build in alignment with the divine, right? With this pattern that we see, those who attune themselves to those abstract frequencies that we teach people about. And you can kind of see beyond what’s obvious or what seems to be obvious. How do you materialize in that? How do you actualize? Right? Because the tendency most people have who play with spiritual growth and personal development is they stay as the person, but then they access information outside of that and then bring it back into that human existence, that ‘person’ experience.
Well, it’s very different when you identify as the abstract element, as the divine element, and instead, bring everything up to that. And that has to happen in all of these industries, across the echelons that we’re seeing as you mentioned. Really, we got to see all the cracks and pretty much every industry that we have has cracks in it, every model. We’re seeing where perhaps we haven’t been upkeeping and evolving things as rapidly as we should have, they’re just not standing up to the pace of mass consciousness. And I had said years ago that the only businesses that are going to succeed moving forward are those that can keep pace with consciousness and technology.
And so what is that like? The spiritists are like, “Wait, wait, wait, wait, we don’t need computers. We shouldn’t be in tech. We shouldn’t have that.” And the tech people are like, “What’s spirit?” Right? And so it’s like, okay. And undeniably both exist. Right? We’re here, this is the world that we’ve created. So how do we get everything to harmonize? Because that truly is the only way through, right? This opposition kind of dichotomy thing won’t fly anymore. And so we can’t have things that seem opposite. We can’t have things that seem outside of the conversation. Everything is part of the same conversation. How do we make that so, is much more the game that my soul is playing than any other?
Amorahki:
Oh, so yummy. Oh my goodness. There’s so much goodness in there. I love what you’re saying between the tech and consciousness and harmonizing and how important this is. It reminds me of the prophecy of the Eagle and Condor, which is metaphorical of the head and the heart and consciousness and technology. And I love this DICON model that you’ve spoken about. I can’t wait. I’m so excited to dive so deeply into this and you know what, we will. We’re going to do that.
