She takes the Science of Mind teaching and principles very seriously – and herself very lightly. Listen in as she shares her deep wisdom regarding the question – are we conscious?

Hello, everyone, and welcome. My name is Jennifer Urezzio, Super Power Expert and founder of Soul Language. This is SuperPowers of the Soul. Today, I’m here with Dr. Rev. Frankie Timmers, and today’s topic is are we conscious? Welcome, Rev. Frankie.

Oh, my gosh. I’m so excited to be here with you. Thank you.

Isn’t this fun? Love it.

So fun, especially doing it with you.

Thank you. Anyone who’s been a member of my community has heard me talk about Dr. Rev. Frankie. The first question I have for you is what do you consider the superpower of your soul?

My soul is perfect whole and complete

My soul is perfect whole and complete.

The superpower of my soul is that my soul is perfect, whole, and complete. It’s the part of me that is the most God-like. It’s the part of me that’s the most connected to the universe, so it is my essential, whole, complete true self.

Love that answer. Love it. I often talk about this sacred purpose, something that we’re here to do or to be of service. What do you consider your sacred purpose?

That’s a great question. I think that we don’t have just one purpose, and I think our purpose can change and blossom and expand and contract. I think all of our purpose of every human being on the planet is to be an instrument of love, of divine love. My personal purpose is my ministry. It’s how I serve as a spiritual director for Center for Spiritual Living Morristown, and my counseling practice, and my teaching. That is definitely why the universe created me.

Yeah, and those that you can’t see me, I’ve been nodding my head, yes. I mean, I always call Frankie consciously transparent, and that’s what I really truly love about you and what I receive and see in the reflection of your ministry about really practicing that consciousness, so I’m really excited to talk to you in a couple minutes about our topic today. What’s the common thing that your soul or divinity has shared with you across your journey?

For me, it’s really been about being awake, being aware, noticing what I’m noticing, and then choosing to infuse that with love. Sometimes, it means more love and sometimes, it just means love even if it’s a teeny-tiny speck when I might be struggling. It’s always about how can I be more kind, more gentle, more loving with myself because how I am with myself, I am with others, and how I am with others, I am with myself. I don’t know if anybody would agree listening to this, but I think the world could use a little more love. It has to start inside of us.

Yeah. You have such an interesting story about how you came to this work and being a minister. I’ve heard you say time and time again, and I’m going to paraphrase you, of course, that you always did have this kind of love or this awe of divinity. Can you tell us a little bit about that and how your soul, through that love, supports others?

A big part of my evolution has been about struggle

A big part of my evolution has been about struggle.

The first part of the question is that I remember way, way, way back being very small and feeling God, feeling the spirit, feeling the presence of the universe. A lot of my early years, I felt like that my environment tried to beat that out of me, sometimes literally, and tried to make me forget, but there was something inside of me that just was relentless and just would not give up. It means that a big part of my evolution has been about struggle, like this little war inside between fear, anger, frustration, self-hatred, and love, and that then became how I brought the Science of Mind teaching to the world just to show my own experience and my own practice and my own commitment to myself to others, and to really use the Science of Mind philosophy to make that shift.

Beautiful. Also, what I hear you saying indirectly, this is the way I’m also interpreting it, is that one of your superpowers of your soul and your divinity is that consistency, that ongoing knowing that there’s something literally bright inside of you and really God-like. I mean, if we think about it, how many seven-year-olds truly know that? That’s pretty powerful where I’m sitting. Would you agree?

Yeah. I actually think we all know that. I think we all have that memory inside of us. I think everybody, at some level, some way, shape, or form, knows that already because it’s what we’re born with. It’s our true nature, and I think life is just perfect for each of us to awaken to that even though for some, maybe for many, that is really, really dark and really, really ugly but it shows up as our desire to want to be happy, as a desire to want to be loved, or as a desire to have a purpose. Any kind of desire that we have is really reflective of the awareness that we’re more than we think we are, that we’re more than our conditioning, that we’re more than anybody has ever told us including ourselves because that’s learned behavior if we think we’re not good enough. Somehow, along the way, we were taught that and we came to believe that, but there’s that fight inside because there’s a part of us that says, “That just isn’t true and I want more.”

Beautiful. Everyone, we’re here today with Dr. Rev. Frankie Timmers, and today’s topic is are we conscious. Dr. Rev. Frankie, before we break here, tell people how to reach out to you and get in touch with you.
