AngelaMaría:

Hello, this is AngelaMaría. One of the superpower app hosts, and you are listening to the High-Frequency Healing Show. Awaken superpowers through higher dimension healing. The only difference between where you are to where you want to be is the actions you take here and now to heal your life. And today, I have a very special interview to share with you. So I’m going to ask you to take a deep breath, be aware of your body right here and right now. How are you feeling? Are you in pain? Is there any part of your body that feels uncomfortable or is itchy? Are you ill? Just be aware of your body for a few seconds.

This interview that I’m going to share with you was an interview that I had with Sandra Beltran. Move to heal. Sandra is passionate about the study of body movement. She’s a professional in physical culture, sports, and recreation. She’s a professor of anatomy and biomechanics of movement, a certified yoga teacher by All You Can Yoga, and a certified Pilates teacher master trainer in Colombia in Barre. I think that’s a modality. She began training herself in contemporary dancing years ago and she’s currently a practitioner of circle acrobatic techniques. A malformation, all in her back, led her to study and train in-depth in the anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics of the body. Wow, many new words for me. For three years, she guided her own movement and healing therapist. Today. She continues to train in new body techniques that lead her to experience and discover the body from new perspectives.

Activate Your Superpowers

Sandra has been the director and founder of Corporal Move for six years and created the conscious movement program. Currently, she is dedicated to creating conscious movement workshops, focusing on the study of the anatomy of the body and the connection with the elementals of nature: earth, air, water, and fire. Her greatest passion is the study and teaching of movement. Her purpose is to help people to better connect with their bodies through conscious movement, the study of anatomy, and the integration of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body. Her healing superpower is to change the mood of any person through movement so that it doesn’t matter what is going on in you or your life or any kind of person around. Just make sure that through movement, your mood can be modified, but a sequence of movements. Thanks to the body movement, she has been able to reconnect with herself and also with others, and of course, is guiding and helping others to reconnect with their own body.

And the reason why I really love this interview and I felt the urge to ask Sandra to be with me in this interview is because last year, I had an experience in some bioenergetic classes and I thought something completely different about those classes. For my grateful surprise or great surprise, it was more about how the emotions are stored in the body and how to move the body to be able to release those emotions. And this is really important, especially what I do because remember that through Akashic records, I guide people to heal themselves, to change their emotions, and be able to change the choices people had made in the past to be able to create a different experience, to be able to update the soul, to create more abundance. Right? So when I was in these classes, I realized how I was dealing with knee pains.

I was always struggling with my vital energy. Of course, I’ve made some choices in the past that were leading me to the way that I was physically last year. But being aware of this concept about how you get sick and you experience illnesses just because of the emotions that you haven’t managed was a big discovery for me. And nowadays, it is helping me to guide people in a better way to be able to heal themselves not just through these energy healing processes that I guide, that I have verified how powerful that is, but also to be able to release those emotions and those experiences from the body so the real healing can help them. Since she was a little girl, she was moving. From five years old, she began her sports life practicing many different sports. According to Sandra the movement for just your personality.

When she was 14 years old, she was practicing triathlons. Sport with higher physical demand. She started suffering from intense back pain. She didn’t pay attention to it. She basically ignores it because she didn’t want her trainer to make any changes to her training routines or just avoid her people working on her practicing this sport. She was so focused on that practice and she really wanted to be successful. However, the pain became more and more intense. It was so painful to ride a bike and she could barely sleep at night. So, she had to make the decision to talk to her trainers and she went through some medical exams and X-rays. It’s a race. And one of her vertebrae was fractured. These are congenital malformations, which means that she was born like that. But in her case, she didn’t realize until those two vertebrae got separated and began to limit her mobility. Seven different special doctors or doctors in different kinds of specialties told her that she couldn’t continue training or even practicing triathlon.

It was the end of her competitive career. At that point, she was already convinced that what she wanted was to study something related to the body and that that was the profession that she’s doing right now. But then she was told, “No, that is not possible. There is no way you could move again”, or even practice impact movements or movements in a high-grade impact like what she was doing as a triathlon practice, that’s how you say, a sportswoman? Anyway, because those vertebrae could get worse if she keeps on having these great impact movements to the point that she couldn’t move anymore. She investigated her condition, she started studying because of course, she was afraid. She didn’t want that to happen to her but she wanted to make sure that there was no cure and there wasn’t any other possibility for her.

So after studying her condition, she realized that she didn’t need to stay still as she was told. A body in stillness is a body that gets sick because our nature is to be in continuous movement. So at that moment, she began to study her current profession, physical culture specialized in anatomy. Her condition was the door, the gate, the portal to pay more attention to the body and how inside the body we keep many, many things, many emotions, and it is mandatory to be in movement so we can release those emotions and heal ourselves. Nowadays, she moves freely, including those movements that she was told she was not able to do anymore. That is a gift she owes to the movement, the tool that heals her body and keeps on healing. I honor this woman. I honor her because usually when you get this kind of diagnosis you quit. You say, “Okay. It’s done. I think there is nothing else to do with me. I’m done.” However, she didn’t allow those blockages to stop her.

Instead of that, she was able to use them and allowed them to guide her, to lead her, to find their real sense of her life. And that is my first invitation today for you. Any kind of limitation of blockage that you have in front of you, you have two options: option number one, give up. Sit right there in front of the limitation, problem, or blockage and cry and bring your life and close any other opportunity for you. Number two, go around the blockage and make sure you feel it in your body. Repeat it to yourself that something else is coming for you, thanks to that limitation, that problem and that blockage.

Okay. When I was listening to Sandra, I really loved when she said how when we don’t move, we get sick. And that’s exactly where we’re going to be focusing on these interviews.
