- Download the Superpower Net app to access the course from your device. Listen to any of the shows on the network to attune yourself and expand your mind. Pick a favorite topic or show and listen.
- Pay attention to what you’re consuming intellectually, psychologically, and emotionally. If what you’re reading, watching or listening to doesn’t uplift you and make you feel lighter, bigger or more wholly who you are, stop. Have the courage to do things differently.
- Return to the curriculum often to attune yourself to a higher frequency. This is especially useful if you feel drawn into drama or lower frequency situations.
- Integrated Learning: Before moving on to the next lesson in the course, take time to review and integrate the information, experiences, and insights you encountered at this phase.
- Most importantly, have fun on your journey!
