It’s a pleasure. It’s easy when you mean every word. You know, I’ve always been a big believer in the power of inspiration. And I’m all for people inspiring each other in greater possibilities, you know, than we ever really dreamed possible for, for our lives individually in the world, we get to share together. And I’m so stoked to have this conversation with you today. But first, I’m sure I’m quite sure that our beautiful listeners would love to hear your answer to our favorite question around here. And that is, what is your superpower of the soul? And how are you using it for good right now?
Lyle Maxson:Â Â
So I actually have gotten this question asked to me very recently, because someone that I hold very dear reminded me that superheroes really only have one superpower. And the way you know show up in the world is through that one gift that they hone in focusing on, which I thought was very interesting, as I kind of went through the catalog of things that I find interesting or noteworthy on what I’m capable of doing. But through that process, I realized that the kind of how I would envision it is really being an initiator. And the term initiator really comes from my drive and vision around what’s possible for our future and to initiate other people into that vision with me. So the technology that we create very much as an initiation tool within itself a lot of times, but with how my skills show up and work and life, in general, is really around like galvanizing individuals, whether it’s investors or community or team members, or developers to understand why we’re doing what we’re doing, and initiate them into the cause.
