In this episode of Wisdom of Ages, host Ayn Cates Sullivan and guest Amanda Hainline talk about emotional freedom, divine assistance, and the importance of avoiding negative self-talk. Amanda was a regular mom before she became a full-blown psychic in just 30 seconds when an energy healer opened all her chakras. Tune in and listen to know how to feel good and renewed in five minutes!
Ayn Cates Sullivan:
Welcome friends and mystical travelers. This is Ayn Cates Sullivan, host of Wisdom of the Ages, an author of the Sparkle series for children. If you want a little more sparkle, please go check them out. And the Legends of the Grail series for adults if you’re into looking for the holy grail.
So I’ve been hearing from a variety of mystics and wisdom keepers around the world that as the frequency of the earth increases we can expect our intuitive abilities to increase also. So this is good to know because no, you’re not collectively going crazy. Or even personally, you’re not going crazy, but we are changing. We’re becoming avatars. We’re waking up all of us.
And so this episode is really about learning how to deal with your psychic abilities, your avatar training. What happens when you suddenly wake up and you’re psychic and you have to deal with the world in a new way?
So my guest today is Amanda Hainline. So she’s interesting. She had a sudden awakening. We’re going to find out more about this. She went from being a regular mom to a full-blown psychic in 30 seconds. That would take a little bit of adjusting. A little adjustment there. What just happened? So she’s a clairvoyant, clairaudient, clairsentient, channeller, medium, and mom, which is the most important thing, mom. Anyway, she’s also the author of a new book, Feel Better in Five Minutes: An Empowering Guide to Gain Control Over Your Emotions. And we’re going to explore some of these practices towards the end after the ad break. I think this sounds like required reading for all of humanity right now. So welcome, Amanda.
Amanda Hainline:
Thank you for having me. It’s a pleasure to be here.
Ayn Cates Sullivan:
Yeah, this is good. It’s a good conversation. I think it’s really important right now for us to really think about, before it happens or even after it’s happened, what is the process of awakening? You had a sudden kundalini awakening. Awakening is different for every person. But I really want to get into, maybe after the ad break, let’s really get into the process, how we can help each other and all become butterflies. So tell me, why is it really important to give up negative self-talk?
Amanda Hainline:
Well, negative self-talk is something that actually impedes us from moving forward in our lives in so many ways. Energetically, it really dampens us. It’s like putting a wet blanket on top of you and trying to walk around and function in life. It just makes it super difficult. Whenever we have negative self-talk, we tend to give that outwardly too to other people. We look at things negatively. It’s hard to see the positive side of life. And when we’re programmed to be negative, then it spills over into all these aspects and our life just gets smaller and smaller. So we see fewer possibilities and we tend to think of our life as very finite and just tiny instead of this expansive, amazing, wonderful experience that we are capable of having. It really does limit us in a lot of ways.
Ayn Cates Sullivan:
That’s good. That’s good to really consider. I think my son asked me how long ago, “Don’t you feel guilty about who you are?” I said, “Guilty about who I am? Why on earth? Whatever feels shame or guilt or the lowest frequency emotions you can possibly have.” And he was like, “What do you mean?” And I’m like, “Well, do you want to be an avatar or a co-creator? In which case do you need to hang out and enjoy peace and love? And he laughed. He laughed so hard. But I think it’s good for us to remind each other of this. Can you believe it?
Amanda Hainline:
Yes, absolutely. It’s tricky because I even catch myself doing it sometimes. It’s this internal process of these habits that we have, they’re energetic habits and they’re psychological habits and we just have to break that cycle. So I encourage people to really just bring awareness to the fact that you’re doing it.
If I can’t believe I did that or whatever it is, it doesn’t really matter. It’s just a matter of really bringing awareness to it and then stopping yourself and saying, “I choose to reframe that.” I didn’t know going into that situation that this was what was going to happen. And you know what, I learned this and this and this. I learned two or three things from that. And while I can take that knowledge forward into my life, nothing’s ever a mistake. Everything’s always just an experience. So if you can even reframe things as that, it really does help you to move forward in a new way and look at life as an exploratory process and discovery versus a series of failures.
Ayn Cates Sullivan:
Absolutely. Kick out that darn inner critic. I love it. So where can people find you? What’s your website?
Amanda Hainline:
My website is amandahainline.com. And I’m also on Instagram @akhainline. And then I have a Facebook group called Daily Energy with Amanda Hainline.
Ayn Cates Sullivan:
Wonderful. Okay. So stay tuned everybody. We’ll be right back.
