Hello everyone, and welcome. I’m Jennifer Urezzio, Super Power Expert and founder of Soul Language. And this is SuperPowers of the Soul. And today I’m here with Tammy Lee Schumacher. I’m so excited. And today’s topic is Conscious State of Self Care. Welcome, Tammy.

Thank you so much, Jennifer. I really appreciate being here with you.

It’s going to be a really fun time, and I always enjoy really getting to know people on a soul level, and I always like to start with a first question, what is your super power of your soul?

I know that I am here to bring the joy frequency to Mother Earth

I know that I am here to bring the joy frequency to Mother Earth.

The superpower of my soul, Jennifer, and everybody listening is the joy. I know that I am here to bring the joy energy, the joy frequency to Mother Earth, and it’s just been with me. It’s so natural that it just continues to expand and up-level. The more I use that superpower, the more and more I’m supported.

Beautiful. So then it would be safe to say that you consider your super purpose, bringing joy to yourself and others on the planet, is that an accurate statement?

That is accurate, and there are different processes I use to help people to do that. And sometimes, honestly, to get to that point, to living in joy more often, there are different processes we have to go through, and clearing and trans-reading different things, like emotional states. Different things within us, which sometimes it doesn’t always look like joy, but it is a reflection. Joy is like the counterpart of doing that work.

Yeah. I always think of it all kind of like sedimentary rock, right? It’s all there, it’s just about what level, which layer that you’re focusing on, and then clearing that kind of debris to get to that deeper knowing and that deeper level.

Yes.

So how does this joy reflect your super purpose when it comes to your work and how you are of service to the world?

One of my main audacious goals is to help over five billion women to have this core confidence experience of using their voice, of learning how to do that, to help them to get out of the suppressed state that a lot of women I’ve seen are in. And as we go through that, and I can see this. Oh my goodness, they light up. And sometimes for the first time, they experience joy as they’re starting to work through things. And having that core experience, that experience within their core, within their soul, and their confidence starts to rise.

So one of the things I’ve learned, Jennifer, is, for instance, some people were not even allowed to laugh when they were young and growing up. And so even, it sounds so simple, but there’s sometimes a lot of work to get them to just be able to giggle and know it’s okay to do that. I can just see them light up, whether it’s over the phone or in person, because I do a lot of my work over the phone or through Internet source, and I can feel it in their voice.

Yeah. That’s just so kind of heartbreaking, you weren’t allowed to laugh, right? That’s one of our greatest kind of experiences, that giggling fit when you can’t stop. I mean I’ve gotten a bigger release out of laughing than I ever have gotten out of crying. So, wow. What has been the common theme that your soul has shared with you on your journey?

I sometimes … To keep it light. To keep it light, to stay in that flow, because, okay, life happens, right? And we all know that, so as we continue, as I continue to work on myself, to do the internal work, which sometimes, it’s a necessity. Let’s just put it that way. It is required in order to … My soul is just saying, “Keep it light, Tammy, it’s okay.” Sometimes it’s, “Take a rest.” It’s all these different things and between resting, between keeping it light, between … Then to ask for help, and quit trying to do it all ourself.

So self-care is, I would say, the common theme that my soul continues to give to me, to make sure I’m doing this myself and taking care of me first, just like on the airplane when you’re told to put the oxygen mask on yourself first. And so many women, I have found, we just don’t do that. And I catch myself not doing that. And then I’m like, oh, okay. Where’s my self-care at? And it’s okay to be out of that balance because that’s just life. Or something can happen that takes us out of that. But to recognize it sooner and to bring ourselves back into it. Self-care, ladies, is vital.

Yeah, we’re going to address the conscious state of self-care after the break more, so I love that this theme is coming up. So often I tell clients, okay, so when you’re making a decision, do you want to make that decision based on it bringing you closer to your higher self, or farther away? And I also now can drop in, do you want to make this decision, will it bring you closer to joy or farther away? That’s exciting. How does your soul support others? We’ve heard a lot from you about this kind of, I’m going to say, like this joy. Kind of the image I have is of an earthquake, you know, shaking involved so that their joy can be expressed. What is another way that your soul really supports others in a profound way?

To thine own self be true

To thine own self be true.

That women know, others know, that they always have somebody with them. My soul, I’ve got your back. My soul has not just my back, but everybody else that I work with, or that I just see passing. So between supporting others by helping them to see where boundaries need to be implemented, where … know thyself. To thine own self be true. There’s not been truer, and this continues to be so prevalent, so upfront, that I continue to hear because I’m also a medium and very intuitive life coach and business coach. And I continue to hear this, to thine own self-be true. And know thyself. The more we know ourselves, the more we know how to take care of ourselves. And when we get triggered, okay, what is that about me?

Exactly. Exactly. We’re going to go deeper into this whole conversation about conscious self-care after the break. I am here with Tammy Lee Schumacher, and today’s topic is Conscious State of Self Care. Tammy, let people know how to get in touch with you.
