Teams that Work

Through the pandemic, we quickly saw the breakdown of teams at personal, local, national and global levels. From leadership on down, we saw fissures in the very nature of our structures and most of them stem from foundational problems regarding how we work together, relate to one another and communicate effectively with each other. And these are big topics that require experience, out-of-the-box thinking and courage to address. While there seem to be an insurmountable number of issues and global matters that need attention, there are also many, many people wondering just how we go about doing this.

One of the biggest questions we get asked in the organizational solutions space is how will we ever get people to co-create together with the divine and each other? That’s a tricky question because it requires both willingness and ability on the part of each individual to consciously connect and commune with a direct experience of the divine. No small feat. But the good news is that as we continue to pursue higher levels of consciousness and development as a collective, we can simultaneously implement very practical strategies that walk us into co-creation together. And we start at the beginning.
