Activate Your Superpowers

After building a real estate business that produced double-digits in the millions, Jenny had a wake-up call in the form of a broken back. In the process of healing, she learned about the power of the subconscious mind to overcome chronic pain. With the power of her mind, Jenny overcame her past of pain, addictions, bad relationships, and unhappiness. And now has developed a simple, effective process that helps other people to master their subconscious mind.

I have to mention that Jenny is actually, she’s a friend. She’s a mentor. She’s somebody I work with. I’ve worked with her in this process and she really is an inspiration. I was really drawn to her in the first place because she has this energy that is so clear on what her purpose is and how she’s here to help people. And she goes forward toward that and we all could use a little bit more of that. So Jenny, welcome to Your SuperPowered Mind.

Thank you, Kristin. I’m super excited to be here and I want to meet that lady that you just read that great write-up on. She sounds amazing.

She is. She truly is. It’s incredible. It’s almost not real.

That’s not true at all.

It says you are.

Just plain Jenny.

Just plain Jenny. Right. But an inspiration. So my first question is always, what superpower did you uncover as the result of mastering your mind?

Yeah. The superpower that I uncovered is that I’m creating whatever I’m experiencing. And if I don’t like the experience, I can change the creation. Now in my past, I didn’t know that. I thought my life was happening to me. I was blaming everybody around me for things I didn’t like. And when that’s the case, you can’t really fix your problems. You can read books and you can try to learn from people. But really a lot of things didn’t change for me. And I was searching for solutions, for relationship problems and chronic pain problems and just happiness. And I felt like I had all the things in my life that should create those.

I was married to my high school sweetheart. We have four beautiful children. I have strong religious beliefs. Why am I not happy? What is missing? What is going on? And like you mentioned in the little intro, I had a crazy accident where I broke my back in a hiking accident and I couldn’t get better. And I thought it would be maybe six weeks of bed rest, which is a crazy long time when you’re a mother of four and running a real estate company, and have all sorts of other commitments. But it stretched on to a year and then two years.

And I ended up having major surgery after two years because I couldn’t get rid of the pain. And they put in rods and screws and a synthetic disc. Seven months later, I still couldn’t function. I was in terrible pain and the doctors gave up on me. They wrote me a prescription for pain pills and said, “Sorry, lady. This is going to be your new life.” And I looked at that doctor and I said, “You don’t understand. I can’t live like this. I have a purpose and a passion and I cannot live like this. I will not live like this. I will find a solution.”

So thankfully, my answer turned up in the form of an 86-year-old medical doctor turned kinesiologist who helped me learn about the power of my mind. He told me that I could program my mind to get rid of my pain. I did not believe him. I thought he was crazy, but I was desperate. So I tried it. And six sessions later, I was pain-free, completely pain-free. Blown away that what he had done had worked. And I started studying the power of the mind. And I haven’t looked back since. I’m obsessed with the topic.

Wow. Your story is quite amazing just in terms of you had everything and then to be so flattened. And it was really you couldn’t look, you had to stop powering through, which I think is what your process has always been is to just keep pushing.

Absolutely. That’s my go-to. Sweep it under the rug and press forward. Yeah.

Yeah. And so what I am, of course, because I always want to know how things work. I want to know how do you program your mind to get rid of pain? And I know that you now use it for way, way more other things. But believe it or not, we have to go to a break already.

I know. Before we go further into programming the subconscious mind, where can people learn about you and your process and everything that you’ve got going?

Yeah, for sure. balancedyou.org is our website. You can go there and you can learn all sorts of things about how your mind works and how you can reprogram your mind. I have a little freebie tab where you can even program your mind for free with us in our group sessions. So go there and start learning about the power of your mind, because it truly is the greatest discovery of the 21st century that you can change anything you want in your life with the power of your mind.

That’s amazing. Okay. Thanks. Hang on and we will be right back.
