Welcome and blessings. This is Ayn Cates Sullivan, host of the Wisdom of the Ages podcast show, where we invite the sacred into modern day reality. Today, we’ll be focusing on a mystical book written by John and Meredith Flanagan. Although Hidden in Plain Sight was published in 2017, many of the themes about the spiritual awakening of America and the entire planet are spelled out in fictional form in this novel. I really highly recommend that you read it.
Before I introduce the Flanagan’s to talk about Lady Liberty, I’d like to begin with a wisdom quote by our founding fathers, and this is really important today, the Declaration of Independence: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men and women are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Like many people, I’m working from home right now. I hope the audio is okay. It might be imperfect, but I hope you’ll carry on with us throughout the show. We’re going to have a beautiful sharing at the end, a reading and a light transmission, so hang with us to the end of the show. There’s this really wonderful conversation that we can have today. I think it’s important for us to understand what’s happening from a spiritual perspective, the opening of the Crown Chakra, what that means, what the light of the Crown is.
Let me introduce John and Meredith Flanagan. John Flanagan is an Irish mystic. An Irish mystic, like really get that. We’ve had these WB Gates, we’ve had these wonderful mystics, but he’s one of these that comes from the Western shore, right? A healer and a practitioner of the infinite way, and Meredith, who’s from California, I believe originally, or from the United States, has used her creative writing skills to craft a terrific novel.
I know she deeply loves the Divine Mother. I also believe that we share the understanding of the divine feminine energies that are returning to the earth now. It’s so important right now that the Divine Mother is with us in these perilous times. Now, I’ve stayed at their Divine Light Center in Glastonbury England for years, maybe a good decade, and I’ve also enjoyed going on Divine Light tours with John. He always opens the mystical aspect of whatever place we’re visiting.
We’ve visited Stonehenge in Avebury, as well as Templar churches and cathedrals, and I’ve always had wonderful, powerful, mystical experiences. I highly recommend that you check them out. After reading Hidden in Plain Sight, I actually made a pilgrimage with seven friends to the Statue of Lady Liberty, and I’ll share a little bit more about that later. It was a very powerful experience, but what I’d like to do now is introduce John and Meredith. Welcome to the show.

Thank you, Ayn. It’s a pleasure to be here. Thank you.
I’m so happy you can be with us today and talk about your amazing book and your insights and what’s happening right now. I read your book. I loved it, but it took me a while. I think I got it in 2017 and it took me a while to understand that the messages in the book, they’re not just fiction, that there’s wonderful spiritual information hidden in the pages, if you’re ready to see it. In the book, you talk about Lady Liberty being a goddess of freedom embodied in a physical statue, and that she’s inviting us into spiritual freedom and a new liberated consciousness. Can you tell us more about Lady Liberty?
I guess I should start by saying that while I was traveling in the United States over 24 years ago, I had a very profound experience where I got told that there was a power point that would be opening in the future and it was within the United States. I didn’t get shown where, I kept asking in meditations over the years, and I kept getting told I would be shown in the future. It wasn’t until five years ago while I was in private access in Stonehenge that I got told the time was close.
By the end of that year, myself and Meredith started to write together, and as we started to write, it began to reveal itself. Then we got shown the power point that the Statue of Liberty is built-on, and that it’s been a power point from the beginning. It is the final point of consciousness as the earth is being prepared for its final phase of its evolution, and we are right in the midst of that right now.
It’s symbology, the men that were guided to build it and design it, were all guided by the oversoul, by a spirit, and even us bringing it into consciousness again wasn’t over. It was the oversoul guiding it at this particular time to bring in the understanding and symbology of it, which we go into in the book.
John, right now, New York City is really suffering from the Coronavirus. Is there a connection between the suffering that’s going on and the Statue of Liberty and what’s awakening?
Oh, absolutely there is. There’s always a death before there’s a resurrection. We’re coming up to Easter and Easter is all about that, is this death of a part of ourselves before we can evolve and move into higher understanding, higher consciousness, spiritual understanding. What’s happening right now is that we’re moving out of the age of reason and we’re moving into the age of realization. During this period, there is destruction, but out of it, out of all this that’s taking place on the planet right now, a whole new spiritual consciousnesses is going to come through and prevail.
It’s highlighted so highly in New York because of that incredible light energy that is embodied there and it is being held there, so it’s exaggerated in that area.
Exactly.
Now, I went on a pilgrimage, like I said, recently, to the Statue of Liberty, and it does feel, if you go to this place with consciousness, you take it as a pilgrimage, not just a day trip, but you go really with the intention of activating something within yourself. It does seem like a very powerful place to reestablish your life purpose and mission, to understand the awakening that’s actually occurring. It seems, standing there, that yes, there was a pulsation. This was, I think I went on a Super Tuesday. It was kind of interesting time to go, the democratic election going on. Anyway, it was just palpable, this energy, and I had never experienced that before in that particular place. Is this site being activated now?
It’s always been activated, but it’s been only those that were at a state of consciousness that were able to receive it, and sometimes even the wonder-ware of it, but there were being hit. You went with the intention, so you’d already opened up a doorway within yourself to make a connection with it at a deeper level. Therefore, the energy that’s in that spot would have hit you at whatever particular Chakra you’re working on, or going to be working on.
It’s becoming more and more powerful, and more and more activated because now is the time for that energy to be brought out into the world because people now are ready in their consciousness to make that ascension through liberty and through one’s own journey, through their ancestral patterning, and their past life patterning, and that whole statue, as living embodiment of the Divine Feminine, set since the beginning, and brought through for those incredible men, those who were inspired by the principles of the founding fathers and encoded that space, so you’re going to be hit. You are on an actual pilgrimage. You are on an actual journey to self, when you’re going there.
That is so exciting. Okay. I really want to get into this much more depth, help people understand how they can make a pilgrimage there. Maybe even if they can connect, if they can’t leave their house right now, they still can connect through meditation and the waves of consciousness.
