Have you been to the magical city of Prague? Do you have an idea about the legacy of King Charles IV of Bohemia? If your answer is no, worry not because, in this episode of Wisdom of Ages, host Ayn Cates Sullivan and guest Iva Kenaz introduce you to the wonders of Prague and beliefs of the Otherworld. There are many mystical writers out there who love Prague, and Iva is one of them. Tune in and be amazed as Ayn and Iva talk more about symbolism, stories, and the feminine energy of Prague.
Welcome mystical travelers. This is Ayn Cates Sullivan, host of Wisdom of the Ages. You can listen to more episodes on superpowerexpert.com/wisdomoftheages. You can check out our mystical books on infinitelightpublishing.com. So let me tell you why you’re going to be excited about this episode. A few years ago, I was lucky enough to travel and visit Prague and Czechia, which is located in Eastern Europe. I had no idea that Prague was a city built on magic. It’s really pretty phenomenal.
So my guide was author Iva Kenaz, and today she will be our tour guide, as we imagine this magical city together. So many authors and spiritual teachers have fallen in love with magical Prague. Milan Kundera and Tom Stoppard are people we know that came from Prague and there are many novels set in Prague, such as Franz Kafka’s, The Castle. Iva Kenaz has a few sets in Prague that she’ll talk about. There are lots of mystics from Prague, such as Rudolph Steiner who really loved Prague, and Madame Blavatsky. So I’m going to ask her why these mystics were drawn to the city. So we’re in good company.
So, let me just tell you a little bit about Iva Kenaz. She’s an emerging author. Pretty amazing. I love her books. The ones I’ve read and enjoyed today include The Witch Within, The Goddess Within, The Merkaba Mystery, Tree Magic, Runes: Magical Codes of Nature, and Sacred Geometry and Magical Symbols. And I’ve just started her novel about the French poet, François Villon. So a whole wealth of wisdom is coming here with us today with our beautiful guest. So, Iva, I’m just going to bring you on. I’m so excited. I want all the authors to know you’re in Czechia, in Bohemia. Right? You can explain the difference and why. First of all, welcome, and why is Prague so magical?
Yes. Thank you, Ayn, for having me. Yeah, just to clear it up, Czechia is in central Europe or Eastern Europe. Sometimes it’s called Eastern, sometimes central Europe, but it’s really in the heart of Europe. If you know this old drawing of Europe is like a lady or like a queen, then you can see that Prague is really the heart of Europe and Prague is the capital city of Czechia. Czechia is divided into two parts. One is Bohemia and one in Moravia. And I come from Bohemia and from Prague.
I love this. I mean, you always hear about the Bohemian artists and the Bohemian writers. I never really knew until I went to meet you there. I wasn’t quite sure where that came from and standing there and this magical place, I was just so inspired.
And you gave me a magical, magical tour. I have to take an ad break. When we get back we’re going to dive in. We’re going to take a tour of magical Prague. People can find you on your website Ivakenaz.com? Is that correct?
Yes, that’s my website. You can find everything there. I have many articles on Prague. So, you can check them out.
And your runes and your sacred geometry, all sorts of things, right?
Yeah. Everything’s there.
It’s so fun. So after the ad break and maybe towards the end, will you pull a magical rune for us?
Yes, definitely. I look forward to doing that.
Okay, that’s fun. So stay tuned. We’ll be right back.
