Welcome and blessings. This is Ayn Cates Sullivan, host of Wisdom of the Ages where we invite the sacred into modern-day reality. And the subject today is empowerment. What does empowerment mean to you? Maybe you’ll find out something on this podcast.

So I love yoga and the ancient wisdom traditions. And in this episode, we will discover more about the five layers of the body, or the koshas, and how they weave together for optimal health and wellbeing. My guest today is Lillian So, author of So Empowered: Discover the Five Layers of the Body To Take Control of Your Life. So we’ll be stepping into this. We’ll find out more about it.

Lillian So sounds fantastic. She’s a fitness professional, a yoga therapist, a life coach, and a facilitator of transformation. I read that she does some work with union analysis and with nonviolent communication, so many, many gifts. And you can check her out on her website. It’s on page 85 and it goes like this. “Now, I associate the word spiritual with unshakable inner trust and belief in myself. Spirituality is the conviction that something greater than me always leads and supports me towards the highest version of myself and my life.” Beautiful, empowering.
