What’s the difference between the dismantling of self and the dissolving of self. In last week’s episode of Disrupt Reality, host Tonya Dawn Recla chatted again with Paul Selig about the Guides’ teachings on how to play in the abstract frequency, or the upper room, as they call it. In this episode, Tonya goes even deeper into that conversation and explores the concepts of dissolving the self and understanding how we interact with the energy of the world. Don’t miss this in-depth teaching that will leave you eager to explore worlds yet unknown.
Hello everyone. This is Tonya Dawn Recla, your Super Power Expert. And we’re talking today about the dissolving of self. Last week, I talked with Paul Selig about The Dismantling of Self. It was so great that he came back on the show. And the conversation is that’s a terminology that the guides use, the information that comes through Paul. After we’d wrapped up that dialogue, I was really thinking and it’s the dismantle. I love that concept. But for some of us, we’ve moved into this space where the experience of it really is more about dissolving into it.
If any of you have watched the movie Lucy with Scarlett Johansson, it’s quite juxtaposed with violence, but it’s a great depiction of this concept of what happens when we open ourselves up to our infinite potential. I remember when Jess and I went to see it. It finished. We’re at the theater, and he looks over me and I’m crying. Right? Well, it wasn’t really a sad ending, but it was like and he’s like, “What? What?” The tears just really weren’t warranted and he’s like, “What is going on?” And I’m like, “Oh my gosh. That’s how I feel all the time.” It was like the first depiction I’d ever seen of what processing the amount of information that I process looks like. It was just so affirming, and it was just beautiful.
But the personal note aside in that movie, there’s a scene where she comes into this awareness of just what we’re capable of, and there’s this kind of dissolution that happens. And that’s been really front and center around how do we really lean into spirit? What does that look like? And truly, the experience of it is: is this dissolving? So, the dismantling process is absolutely crucial. Has to happen. There is something on the other side of that, folks, of the dissolving into self. It really feels like almost this pixilation thing that occurs, and it leads to all kinds of fun stuff. In fact, it opened up for us this awareness of how we kind of live in and out of realities and whatnot.
There’s these super powered kind of conversations that happen. But remember folks, those don’t open up to you until you’ve walked the path. And then it’s kind of like the saying “ What was it that came through and you don’t ever get to hear the end of the story until you commit to believing in it”. Once you choose to believe in the story that it reveals all of its secrets to you. That’s true of this life, right? That’s true of this journey. And when you walk this path with spirit, you’re always going to be encouraged more and more deeply into communion there. And at some point, it feels like dissolving. The dissolving of self. That’s another level of this whole dismantling conversation. It just felt really important to bring that forward and to talk a little bit about that experience.
I’m going to do that more after the break here. Before I do, make sure that you are leaning into the ecosystem, folks. Our guidance was so clear to support those of you who are doing this work.
