Dr. Krishna Bhatta and Tonya Dawn Recla Encourage Everyone to Stay Calm

As part of our Men of Co-Creation celebration, Dr. Krishna Bhattaa joins Tonya Dawn Recla again as they encourage everyone to stay calm. Krishna is a wonderful blend of essence and practicality. He shares his inspiration and passion for developing the Relaxx app and provides tips for those who want to bring more peace into their lives. He and Tonya inspire the audience to see their own willingness to remain calm and stay collected as part of a greater global solution. Hello, everyone and welcome back to The Science of Superpower. So glad you could join us again. We have such a treat for you today. Dr. Krishna Bhatta is back on the show.

These men have stepped up and said yes to co creating a world that aims to inspire all of us. Thank you for modeling admirable character and honorable pursuits. We love you and love each other. Krishna, thank you so much for being someone who has said yes to something beyond themselves. So I’m somebody who stands for something so much greater. And in today’s episode, we’re gonna encourage everyone to stay calm. And that’s how we’re gonna go about this. And because your work with the relaxed, are you Relaxx, right, it’s like relaxed, but with a little bit extra, right, folks, because this is where we get active, with our internal systems, right with our beingness and, and so so Krish says, we talk about this concept of relaxing of staying calm, you have a really unique twist on it. And it’s incredibly valuable, I think right now. And in the time space continuum that we’re all sitting in is a global community, this ability to remain calm or to get to calm is incredibly crucial, talk a little bit about the the motivation behind relaxing your vision within it and that heart and soul that is so amazing about it,

Dr. Krishna Bhatta:

So, if you think of something around us, there is tension around us. And there is some inspiration around us, which is you know, you can say tension and relaxation inside us there is tension and relaxation, what is the proportion inside is what you and I can control you we cannot always control what is outside. So, there is COVID in the air, you put a mask on to protect yourself. So, in case of tension and relaxation, if you are very tense inside and there is tension outside, more than likely you will be anxious, nervous, and you won’t be able to handle things the way you want to. But if you raise the level of relaxation, then if you are in a different ballgame, and you still have some risks, some stress that is stress inside you, or tension inside you coexists together with relaxation. But instead of trying to reduce the tension, stress or tension that most people are trying to do, relaxing is trying to increase your relaxation level. So if you are more relaxed with two acts in the sense that you are carrying relaxation, wherever you are, you are at work, you still are relaxed and peaceful. And that level is what we are trying to change the proportion between relaxation and attention. And that is what does the magic in my mind.

Tonya Dawn Recla:  

You are singing to my heart. You’re singing to my heart with that because there is that magic, right? I feel like I stepped on you. Where you were. Were you finishing a point there?

Dr. Krishna Bhatta:

No, I was just, you know, you flow so nicely with what I talked to.

Tonya Dawn Recla:  

Very cool. And I love everything about this because this idea of it’s an active principle, right? It’s and it’s brilliant in our world CEFA we creative energy field activation was a modality that came through about a year ago in response to the very things that you’re speaking of, we started noticing a phenomenon in the energetic communication we were working with a frequency matching, right we noticed it with breathing we know we match breath and we know our bodies match each other but we actually will match our energetic systems to each other and it picks up pacing and so what we find is when people have a lot of tension and chaos inside their bodies, they actually go looking for environments that have a lot of tension and chaos. That’s why social media is so hot because it’s a perpetual hot fire right? You want to if you want to get ignited you take two seconds not even right you get it. You just think about social media and you get ignited right like it’s instant, right? It’s a great jolt. And it’s really good for that purpose. But it’s really poor if you’re wanting to move into a different state of being and this and I believe this is what we’re looking at is this humanity transitions from this concept of I am this way because these things happened, versus I choose to be this way so these things can happen and I think that’s what you’re speaking to. It’s the intentionality of shifting your energetic system so that you can have a different experience. Right? Otherwise, we’re constantly responding. And I loved your differentiation. Because if we’re just relaxing and going back into whatever we think our neutral status is, we’re putting ourselves right back in the program that allowed us to get tense in the first place, right? We’re gonna have to get out ahead of it, right, which means first and foremost getting up under it, which requires us to be calm, and you made a brilliant comment when we were chatting right before this, about people getting deep, right? 

And we You said it, when we’re willing to give you if you’ve been in your head, and you’re willing to even get in your heart if you’ve been in your heart, you’re willing to get in your body, if you’ve been in your body, and you’re willing to get into your roots now, that changes, breathe, and keep going, right? Keep going deep into yourself, because you gotta go all the way through folks. That’s what we’re not telling people, right? Like, you actually have to go all the way through. So you might as well just keep going deep. So how do you do that talk about the relax app, how’s it helping people?

Dr. Krishna Bhatta:

So one of the ways there are many ways in the Relaxx app, but one of the ways that kind of triggered after you set the frequency. So we are using certain frequencies that were kind of initially the work done by Valeggio when he did a lot of work on sound frequencies, perfect 528 is one 528 hertz is one of those frequencies. So even if you don’t do meditation and nothing, you just play that, you know, 528 music that we have created and put on our app, you will feel those vibrations, one vibration is at a time can say, you know those vibrations, the energy field that you’re talking about. And that light in our lives, the level of relaxation, you know, ultimately, so that’s one of the things we have, we are going to work on 720 hertz as well. But, you know, if you kind of, you know, bounced back into the, into the past a long time ago, then you know, the Asian system or Indian system had chakras, and that those chakras, each chakra has a frequency. And it so happens that 528 matches the solar plexus, you know, in Africa frequency. So what we have also done is that apart from 528 music, there is a sound, you know, for solar plexus. So we added that mantra to that, and we call it 528 M, which is the first time ever done that way. I can tell you, I mean, we have you know, people telling us and testimonials, how good they feel, you know, it’s like energy that transforms them. That’s right.

Tonya Dawn Recla:  

That’s right. And it’s plugging people out into the field. Right. And we need to plug in folks, we got to get that juice from time to time. Dr. Krishna real quick, we’re gonna take a break. Where can people go to find out more about you?
