Energetics of Relationships

Dr. Gabriel Cousens:

Okay. Welcome to my program, Spiritual Ecstasy, on the Superpowers of the Soul channel. My name is Dr. Gabriel Cousens, I am a psychiatrist and couple therapist and family therapist. I function in all those ways. I’m also known as an international spiritual teacher. Helping people reach higher levels of ecstasy in their life. And the name, that’s why I call it Spiritual Ecstasy, it is about experiencing the presence of the divine within yourself which sets off a whole cascade of spiritual ecstasy. That’s why people often call me the “Physician of the Soul.” I’m also a Native American son, a four year Sun dancer, and an Eagle dancer. And have programs literally all over the world. I teach in 42 different countries. And the purpose of everything I’m doing is to help wake people up.

And I chose the word spiritual ecstasy, for the name of the program, because when we awaken and when we begin to experience the presence of the divine and everything, we begin to move in the spiritual ecstasy. And experience the joy of the divine in all of ourselves. Both from a hormonal place, all the way to the highest levels of awareness. And that’s the beauty. That’s the beauty of the work. That’s the beauty of spiritual ecstasy. It’s a way of life that continually brings you spiritual ecstasy. And heightens your love and your joy. Today, we are talking about the energetics of relationships. And once we begin to understand those energetics, not just intuitive, but to understand them, we can learn to work with them to create that spiritual ecstasy, in each moment. Now, when we tap into that spiritual ecstasy, we’re tapping into unconditional love. The belief in tremendous peace, tremendous oneness and all bring the experience of the ecstasy in our life. That’s the key thing to understand in the big picture.

Now, that being said, we’re going to go a little bit deeper into all of that as well. And so, we’re going to first take a look at, they say the energetics. And the energetics of it can be broken down into some very simple ways of thinking. At the core of it is spirituality and intimacy. And again, the endorphins and the oxytocin that gets released in that process, are what give that actual physical ecstasy. Oxytocin, the dopamine. But we have to pay attention to how to organize it. I’m going to introduce the first set of energetics before we take a break. So first we organized time, space, and energy, in ways that can bring meaning in value. Okay. That can bring love. And can bring efficacy. And now when we come back from the break, we’ll be talking about this in detail.
