Leading with Love
How can you start leading with love? In this episode of Reclamation, the Reclas, Justin, Tonya Dawn, and Neva Lee, discuss the importance of leading with love and coming from your heart first. Sometimes we get our head space, or thinking mind, confused with our loving heart space and it can cause confusion in our lives. The three talk about how we can differentiate the two for smoother connections and relationships! When we lead with love, anything is possible. Hello, everybody. Welcome back to the Reclamation Show. I’m Neva Lee Recla and I’m here with my two life-givers.

And today we’re going to be talking about something that we talk about a lot and before we record our podcast, we were always like, we’ll do this thing.
And you might be wondering, well, what is this thing? And if you didn’t read the title of the show that you probably clicked on, today we’re talking all about leading with love and well, this is such a yummy topic. I said, yummy. Mom, what have you done to me?
So, the concept of leading with love I think is not just a necessity for being a leader, but I think it’s also just fun to love on people. We talk about that all the time. It’s just fun to be lovey.
Leading with love doesn’t well, that kind of doesn’t mean this, it’s just being nice. It’s leading with your heart first and not stopping to question if what you’re going to say is nice because when you’re in your heart space, everything that you say kind of comes out, and the words come outright. All of the yummy goodness.
And when you’re in the leading with love space and when you’re in your heart space, I think it gives you such an opportunity to almost become more of a leader.
I think it’s, imagines this if you will, it’s like walking up, you have these options to go on these two different stairways. They’re both leading in one direction except one.
Justin Recla:
The band?
Neva Lee Recla:
No. Except one staircase goes all the way up to the next floor, but one stops halfway. The one that stops halfway is when you’re in your headspace. And when you’re in your headspace, you have to make a big jump to try to make it to the second floor. You have to try to hop over the next staircase versus when you’re in your heart space, you can just smoothly walk all the way up.
Tonya Dawn Recla:
I kind of like that analogy.
Justin Recla:
That was really good.
Tonya Dawn Recla:
Yeah, that was good.
Neva Lee Recla:
Kind of reminds me of Harry Potter when the stairs always move around and stuff.
Tonya Dawn Recla:
Yeah, yeah.
Neva Lee Recla:
Anyhow, getting off track. So this is really important and if this is something you want to work on, stay tuned and just listen to us because we like you.
So mom, before we go into a quick break, I’m going to throw it to you. To be kind of blunt, what’s like, why? Why should you do it? what’s the reason?
Tonya Dawn Recla:
I think you illustrated it really beautifully. It is the easy way. It is what allows you to sense to start sensing your easy path? Right? I believe that we all have this lit-up path in front of us that is uniquely designed and the key here is being able to follow it. And I believe what you’re describing gives you the ability to do that in a really easy, clean, and not always simple for sure, it can be a walk, but you can always rely on it essentially.
Neva Lee Recla:
Yeah, absolutely. I like that. You just made me think of another analogy. But I’m going to wait until after the break. So if you want to hear my awesome analogy, stay tuned.
