HELP

And today, we’re going to be speaking about help. So this is really what happens when we’re not feeling connected to the Infinite Light, which is just as important, we need to explore not only the ways in which we’re connected but the ways that we disconnect. Because when we bring awareness into situations, we also bring mastery. Speaking of which, I share this podcast with my masterful co-host, Mirabai Devi. And she’s done some amazing episodes, you might want to go back and listen to.

But today, this is a monologue.

And let’s dive in and explore what happens when we don’t feel connected to the Divine, or maybe not even basic goodness. What happens in that shadowy place where we’re feeling pain and suffering? And how do we go about connecting again, I want you to know, it’s very human, and that happens to everyone. Unless you’re, you know, completely established in the light, most of us are playing in the realm of dualism. And we are palette polishing our pearls together, that’s what I like to think we bump into each other, we learn, and we grow. And when we get back together with our families, and people we haven’t seen for a long time, we might bump in harder. And they’re wonderful opportunities here for growth. If we can see it that way, if we can go, wow, that just really evokes an old wound, then we might be able to just jot that down and go, Okay, I’ve got some other stuff to work on when I get home.

So let’s explore this. It’s a little bold, it’s a little you know, but ultimately, what happens when we bring the light into the shadows, then we’re able to connect and again, so I’m going to take a little break here. And when we get back, we will explore help. Stay tuned, we’ll be right back.
