I Surrender
The affirmation shared today in this third message, is the summary of all this process, when you are in TOTAL EMPTINESS. During this state of mind, there are no deadlines, or frameworks, or timelines… there is NOTHING but, being present, listening and surrender.
Now, surrender is a very powerful word in English that we do not have in Spanish for example.
Surrender is not giving up, or forgetting or ignoring. Surrender is to acknowledge what is happening and trust that a bigger and more powerful force is in charge, is holding you during this storm, during the confusion and sense of losing all that you thought was valuable including yourself.
Let´s discuss surrender as the most valuable tool in any process in life. When you are in TOTAL EMPTINESS the only way out is SURRENDER. Learn how to surrender and be at peace with yourself and the process.

La cita compartida hoy en este tercer mensaje, es el resumen de todo este proceso, cuando estás en VACÍO TOTAL. Durante este estado mental, no hay plazos, ni marcos de referencia, ni líneas de tiempo… no hay NADA sino, estar presente, escuchar y entregarse.
Ahora bien, rendirse es una palabra muy poderosa en inglés que no tenemos en español por ejemplo. Rendirse no es darse por vencido, ni olvidar ni ignorar. Rendirse es reconocer lo que está sucediendo y confiar en que una fuerza más grande y más poderosa está a cargo, te está sosteniendo durante esta tormenta, durante la confusión, el vacío y la sensación de perder todo lo que pensabas que era valioso, incluyéndote a ti mismo.
Hablemos de la entrega como la herramienta más valiosa en cualquier proceso de la vida. Cuando estás en el VACÍO TOTAL la única salida es la ENTREGA. Aprende a entregarter y estar en paz contigo mismo y con el proceso.
