Activate Your Superpowers

Hello, this is AngelaMaría, one of the superpower hosts and you are listening to High Frequency Healing show Awaken Superpowers through Higher Dimension Healing. The only difference between where you are to where you want to be is the action you take here and now to heal your life.

So let’s take a deep breath and be here and now. I invite you to enjoy this time together. So here we go. Let’s welcome, Marchesi.

Marchesi. Hi AngelaMaría.

Marchesi. I want you to know, all of you, that this is our third intent to have this interview and I will tell you more later but I am so happy to have her here with me. And today we will be talking about one of my favorite topics, intuition, and the door to a high frequency healing.

Mara is an intuitive and creative coach and helps creative professionals to use their intuition to follow their purpose. She teaches the importance of reconnecting to yourself and listening to your feelings, messages, physical pains that are all messages that want to guide you towards what needs to be released. She guides her clients in learning to listen to their intuition so they are better able to make the right decisions in their life and follow their purpose.

She is also a speaker and host of the podcast Intuitive Queens podcast, where she interviews women sharing their story on how what made them listen to their intuition and how that led that to change their life and their purpose.

Please join me to welcome Mara Marchesi to my show. Hello Mara. Finally we’re here.

Hello. Hello, AngelaMaría. Thank you so, so much for having me.

I know and I want all of you to know that we have our first interview and then we have connection problems and suddenly I couldn’t listen to Mara and I said, “No, Mara, let’s do this again.”

Then I went to Columbia and we have an appointment there. And for some reason the link didn’t work. I was waiting for her. She was waiting for me. We couldn’t connect. Now we’re back and finally the universe has conspired to get us together. And I do believe the day was today, Mara. What do you think?

I agree. I agree. I feel there is a much better energy.

Oh, yes. Completely agree to that. So let’s just start Mara, what’s your healing superpower?

Oh, wow. Intuition of course.

Mara, will you please take us back to your early years and name one memorable life lesson that is useful for you today?

Wow, what a question. I guess that I have to talk about my mom because my mom, even though she’s not so much aware, has always regarded intuition as an important tool. So she’s always talked about intuition very much and being like, “Oh listen”, because I guess she used to do it herself. And so for me that has become something so natural it’s important, that has led me through my biggest decision in life.

Mara, why was that situation with your mom, that when I mentioned a memorable life lesson, you just went right to your mom? Was it some kind of intuition? It was the way that she talked to you about intuition? And I’m asking you these questions because usually when I’m working with people and we’re trying to find blockages, limitations, always parents come up. Always.

And in this case it’s not about a blockage. It’s about you connecting to one of your superpowers. So what do you think it was the magic in that relationship with mom, that now this is what you’re doing?

I tell you what, I actually just completed editing one of my episodes of the podcast and we talk about the mother wound with my guest. And I’ve always had a very rocky relationship with my mom. I’ve never been the one that says my mom is my best friend. Quite the opposite. But I do realize that her pushing me away in a way, has been what has helped me to listen to my intuition because I didn’t have a mother that would be there for me. And I am not saying my mom wasn’t there for me because she was there. But emotionally-wise, she wasn’t as capable to be there for me as I needed her to be.

So for me that has always felt like a rejection in my life and all that. But I also realize now that I have all the tools and I’ve learned so much and I worked so much on myself and I help other women to understand that this was the way that allowed me to really listen to myself. Because I only have myself that I could get help from, listen to, and listening to my intuition always made me feel good.

So that’s why I think the relationship, the connection with me working on this particular topic just today and realizing that me being pushed away really made me be who I really am today. And even if I had never really thought about it in this way, I have to thank my mom for being, in a way, emotionally unavailable for certain aspects because I had to learn to mother myself and to love myself. It brought me to understand that everything is within me so I don’t need a man, a job, or anything else outside of myself to feel happy and to feel fulfilled. I need to give that to myself.

I need to say something about this Mara, because you just mentioned two really important things, many things, but I would just summarize two. The first one is we always look at the down points. We always look at those situations, those details that were not the best. It was not exactly as we want it, but instead of that you were able to realize yeah, maybe it wasn’t the kind of relationship I was expecting, but for me that was the motor. It was the motivation to be able to connect and listen to myself.

And I invite all our listeners, if you’re having a tough relationship with either one of your parents or maybe the significant one or your kids or whoever is close to you, just now stop looking at those details that are not very bright. Those situations that are not the ones you are expecting and what if you keep on looking at that situation and the person and find one thing that that relationship, that that experience, is helping you.

How this painful, hard, and tough experience is helping you to become your best version. I think that is really important. And the other thing Mara, that I would say it’s very important and it’s something that I’ve been working a lot and now because I don’t have a great relationship with my mom, but aside from the relationship with my mom, I have realized how important it is to connect to my inner mother. How do I really nurture myself? How am I listening, caressing, eing patient and loving with myself as a mom should do because my mom was when I was little. But now that I’m growing up, I have forgotten that no, it’s me who needs to give it to me. I cannot expect my mom that is back in Columbia, many, many miles away with many other issues in her life, to keep on hugging, embracing, listening, and caressing this 46-year-old, 47-year-old lady.

I think that when you said those two points are really important and relevant right now. So thank you for sharing that.

You’re welcome.

So Mara, where can people go to find out more about you?
