Cooperation
The first step in moving people into co-creation is teaching them cooperation. As in every kindergarten class and Army basic training unit, we learn that cooperation can be taught, acculturated and regulated. Cooperation doesn’t require a willingness to get along with others, just a willingness to do it and proper consequences if participants choose not to. In the first message of the Teams that Work IM Series, we explore the fundamental principles of getting people to work together. Don’t miss these advanced teachings on the key foundational principle that ultimately guides us to co-creation with each other and the divine.
