Yes, so what Soul Language is just putting tangibility to soul. So, I use the word “language” for the three core energies that make up your soul. Each one of us has three core energies or languages and they are, your mission here, how you filll that mission, and your soulful personality – which really means how your soul prefers to go through life.

So, what has been my experience is when people have words to put to what they know deep down inside it creates this deeper relationship with their soul and it creates a vehicle, and a strategy, and a structure to move from utilizing that power unconsciously or in struggle to conscious. Which means knowing that you are whole and complete, one with the divine, master of your own universe, manifester at will, however you want to put that.

So, it actually allows them to really create this profound relationship with themselves and their higher power and also put tangibility to what they already know inside. That allows to them to accept it and actually put words to that soulful energy with their gifts and talents and the way they move through the world. That allows for clearer communication.

I really like that. I’d like to talk a little bit more about the mission and purpose because I know that is a pretty hot topic. My perspective has shifted many times over the years and my current bias is that at a point in my journey it was really important for me to grip the concept of having a mission or having a purpose. Then what I found as I moved into, what I call “continuing to climb up that mountain” once I got to the top of the piece I started looking around, I had a lot more openness and flexibility with that concept. It feels like I moved into more of a space rather than obligation with it.

How has that looked for you, has that been something that you’ve seen?

I agree with you. There is all of this kind of judgment and pressure around purpose and I think were people kind of fall down is that people are looking to that purpose as a delivery system. My purpose here is not to be a healer, author, or a teacher those are delivery systems.

Got it.

My purpose in the formation of Soul Language is what I am here to profoundly experience and then offer that experience to others. I always tell client “Listen, you are being your purpose everyday” what’s the difference of like feeling and embodying it  and like you do stand on that mountain and go “Yeah!” is that alignment of knowing that being your purpose. Then having that reflect back to you in your everyday movements of your life.

So, I was being my purpose in Corporate America. Sucky delivery system by the way!

So, my purpose or my Soul Language in that category is called “equalizer” so it’s all about creating that perfect formula of balance first for myself and then offering others their perfect balance.

I have had jobs where I have been paid to literally hold someone’s hand. Where they say, “Will you hold my hand while I do this task, you make me feel better” and I say “Okay!” That is about that energetic balance. Now when I am in more balance I expand and crazy amazing stuff happens. People have always recognized that even if I couldn’t recognize that for myself.

So, I think this whole idea of you’re not going to receive what you want unless your being your purpose. That’s spiritual judgement. I found that the more you judge the more you create pain in your heart and the less you receive. So, it’s really about you are being that everyday. When people come to understand how to embody that and how to have that reflection of their purpose in the tangible world. When that happens for them there is just such an ease. I profoundly know why I’m here. Even on my most crappy days and there are crappy days, I still know why I am here without a doubt. My belief in that is so strong, and I think that really is about understanding my soul, that provides that information and really being in communication with that part to release and judgement or fear around being that purpose.

I really appreciate you delineate that because I do think that we have a lot of confusion in that and it’s created a whole lot of heart ache for people when we send the message “ Oh just find your purpose and then go make money at it.” But in my world, I keep saying to these people, okay so you talk to God, or you have these angels that communicate with you but what are you doing with it? I think there is a huge conversation to be had around what you refer to as the delivery system. There are a whole lot of folks out there, and I know this because for a year I have been interviewing people, but there are a lot of folks that feel like the Universe owes them some sort of an existence because they tapped into something.

What happens to that story when we realize that everyone is tapped into that. Everybody has access to that information, so now what? What are you going to do with it?

Right. I have warrior energy, so my soul language is called, Graceful Warrior, so it’s about courage, action, and grace.  I am always saying “Okay, what do we do with it, how do we make it tangible?” because our purpose here is to live and if we are not living to out fullest potential of enjoyment then we are creating suffering and that is really not why we are here. I really think that understanding of you knowing your purpose comes from this deep need to be of service. Right, if people know their purpose then they can be enough here and I can even justify their experience.

I actually have this weird theory about that. Would you like to here it?

Absolutely.

So, there was this therapist that hypnotized all of these people from all different walks of life. They all had this same type of story about what God is, this very human conception. Just imagine that God is this giant ball of light and goodness and little bits and pieces of this light and Goodness was spitting off into the Universe and that giant ball was then concerned. Again human word. So this ball of goodness says okay I am going to create a planet or something physical where they can go and experience. So, then the giant ball of light asked the little pieces of light “Hey you want to go experience this world?” and we all said yes. There is something between the brain and soul that creates this misconception that says well we said yes to that so we must have done something wrong? So, I am going to prove to that ball of light that I am meant to be here. So, instead of looking at it as this great opportunity, or this gift, or this celebration. We tend to see it as a justification as to why we are here to get back the big ball of light and goodness.

I like that theory. I have talked about before this experience that I had with a spiritual journey. I found myself in this space and it was nothingness and it was everything at the same time. It kept asking “Okay, is there something I need to do here?” It was this space that just was. Finally, I heard this sort of laughing and I heard “You idiots, this is where you came from, why would you want to get back here?” The whole point is for you to have the experience there. So, many of us make it our life’s work to go on this spiritual journey, this soul journey that we tend to miss that piece that we came here to create.

For me I finally got to this point where I was like “What now?” and then I realized I create what’s next and that is where the fun started because I could say, what do I want to experience, what do I want to create. That’s where I got hung up in the whole mission, purpose conversation because I saw a lot of people getting stuck in that. So, your delineation of the whole purpose versus delivery system is so incredibly powerful because of the separating the two. I really encourage people to explore that because separating those two out makes a whole lot of sense.

My latest soapbox is be in full awareness of the delivery system that you are choosing the purpose as well. For example, I was speaking with a women who said that her mission here is to teach about love. What she couldn’t figure out is why she has all of these experiences in her life that weren’t that. I explained to her, well how could you teach it if you didn’t see something other than love too? Like in order to be a healer someone has to be sick, somebody has to need to be healed. It’s important to pay attention to the flip side of the coin and when you do that there is real power is being in awareness that’s what you are creating it.

The whole super powers conversation knowingly creating an environment where we are saying super powers are real. Well, what are the ramifications of that? Do we want face those consequences? Really fleshing it out from the creator concept, if you’re going to make a world there are some details that need to be attended to. So being in awareness of that piece of it, I think is essential.

I would agree. The way I always say it is the reason why I teach and talk and guide people in alleviating suffering through connection is because that’s what I want. So the more I talk about it, the more I learn about it, the more I teach about it. The more I understand that, the more I experience it.

We tend to judge ourselves so harshly for our shadow side or our limitations and I think those things are our best friends because they allow us to choose something bigger. You are on this planet so stop trying to fight that you are on this planet and start enjoying it. You chose to be here so let’s enjoy the best possible experience. I think so much transformation and spirituality is coded in judgment and coded in some bypass of some sort. It is not about rainbows and hearts, this is about living, it’s about choice.

I do you agree with you. I do think the whole enlightenment conversation has taken a left turn a little bit with that. I distinctly remember a part of my enlightenment being in hyper rejection. I was in this space of  “I am not seeking enlightenment!” I had a certain level of awareness around it. Something in me knew that’s not the goal, at least that’s not my goal. Let’s say that is the goal, then where does that take us? It can only take us back to where we started which is fine.

For me it really was the living piece. During a certain part of the journey I was a certified Earth hater. I did everything I could not to be present here. It sucked it was dense and it smelled and there was like humanness to it. I wasn’t a big fan and then I experienced the alternate and I was like oh well this isn’t so bad. I really had to traverse through this is not obligatory, we chose this.

I remember when I was in basic training, my situation was a little different because I was 27 with a masters degree. I was with all of this kids that were just out of high school and the defiance was heavy. The drill sergeant would say “You can’t do this to me!” and I said “I kind of can because you signed up” I took that kind of track with the whole personal journey thing. I started playing in the, I am here, why? What am I here to do space instead of the why am I here this suck space.

Yes, and the, this sucks why am I here? That also can be a fundamental unconscious experience of one of their Soul Languages. For examples observers which is a mission language typically energetically across the board find this existence painful. So, what tools do we add what strategies do we provide you to support the realignment of that truth. Like pioneers which is another Soul Language they are usually way out in front of everybody so they usually feel unsupported. Then you can create tools strategy and actually support what mainly runs through your soul, to support growth and expansion, to support a life of ease and grace.

Personally, they are going to have to take life out of my hand. That’s that warrior energy and I know that. That’s why people come to me and want to work with me. They feel the courage and the strength and compassion for myself. So when they come to me they are not going to be judged or feel any judgment. It is understanding how to use this power tool that you have, which is your soul, to your advantage. We all have this. Another thing that sort of drives me nuts in the spirituality is this kind of power play. Everyone has the same amount of power than everyone else here on this planet. It’s all about how you use it and how you focus it. There is absolutely no difference between me and the Dalai Lama, he uses his powers a lot better than I could. But there is not difference we all have it. This is really crucial to the times we are living in, is we try to put everyone in a box or fit them into these categories so we feel safe.

That is why I was so excited to have you back on the show because I don’t use your languaging and I don’t use your boxes. In fact there was a time where I was super opposed to boxes and constructs. Now I see so much value in them because we have to start somewhere and we have to have language we have to have dialog. I love talking to folks that have modalities similar to yours because I find those pieces of myself taking them and matching them up with the words that I use and the constructs that I use. I love watching what happens internally to see if they work in my world is it something I need to project. Just watching those pieces battle it out.  Noticing those aspects are the ones that operate in fear. Like is my world being threatened because you have a paradigm and language that I don’t use.

I see this a lot in the healer and light workers in the spiritual communities because the tendency is to reject completely and make wrong or to adopt and study and take on. There is value in the synergy of it too and I don’t see that piece a lot. I encourage folks that are listening to observe that happening because we are that complex. I don’t use Jennifer’s modalities but a part of me is intrigued by them. Parts of me are like oh I want to learn more I want to do this and there is always this pieces of me that wants to learn all about that but I have to stop and realize ok do your work and let Jennifer do her work. Letting each other do our own work and being ok in that space. I do love being in observation of it.

Just allow that stuff to come forward and appreciating that I have a curiosity about what you are saying. That does not mean I have to go and study it or that what I am doing is less that or that I have to make you wrong so that I can talk about my modality. There is a lot of insecurities in all of that, I love pushing us into the space of that is okay. I love that you’re doing the work that you’re doing in the world and how do they complement each other and is there a space where we overlap. I call them the concentric circles. Is there something that we can flush out and really bring something unique into existence.

Yes, I would agree that there is. What I love about Soul Language that I have not found in any other modality is that is a living breathing thing. It changes all the time, it has been updated many times and it needs to be updates again. People have added to it. So, it is just as complex as we are.

What I find is that when I talk to about Soul Language with someone who does astrology or hand analogy or other modalities we always find ways that they intersect when we line them up. This happened this way because the Universe doesn’t care how you hear the message. So, it will send you the message in many different ways but we are all doing the same thing. It used to piss me off that people though we were actually doing something different.

I can sit and talk about metaphysics and about God and the Universe until I am blue in the face and I know one thing the more I know the less I know. So, when I understand that nothing is threatening because it is all expansive.

Yes, I agree. I like that you brought that up adapting modalities because when I was doing intuitive coaching I kept hearing that I needed some sort of assessment for people. Like the mind needs something to grasp. I was super resistant to this because I didn’t feel like people needed that, it felt to constricting and limiting. What I set out find something adaptation, mutation, and evolution. I then fell upon Human Design and it allowed me to adapt and evolve information. When I took that as a modality and then open it up and allowed it to be different the client would sort of change as there energy creates and flavored the chart. I was floored at the results it was magical.

We just brought on a Vedic Astrologer on as a member and I asked him “Do you think that people can transcend that modality?” and he said “Absolutely!” and I was so awesome, I love finding people that understand that understand that any modality as to evolve and change because we do!

There was a time where I was opposed to modalities because I felt like we have done this already, there is not magic anymore. I really want to encourage everyone out there that this how it works. Some of us have got the hit to take a little of this and little of that and blend them together and create something new. There are purist who are being bold and I say do that. Call it something different, take you favors and your knowingness and add to it. That’s what pushes us forward those are fun worlds.

Yes, I am a spiritual renegade. I am not going to do it like anyone else does it and I wouldn’t expect anyone else to either.

I am reminded of something that happened recently you’re to roll your eyes at this. I was working with a client and identifying her languages and was very happy with the results. She went on and on about how much she loved it and wanted to continue. She them explained that she was working with a coach currently and that coach asked her not to work with anyone else while I am working with her. So, I told her listen your just going to hear my warrior right now. I told her that I would fire anyone who told me that what kind of coaching relationship is that? That is called co dependence and control. I was so mad about it at the time. I didn’t understand how a coach could do that to someone.

If whatever service or modality that you are receiving doesn’t create some sort of healing and ease in you. Then let it go. That doesn’t mean that when your doing it won’t be hard because pieces of old patterns try to hold onto when you are about to transform. That is just part of the spiritual journey and it’s going to be hard. You know spiritual journeying is not for the faint of hearts. It takes courage and persistence.

Absolutely!

And it is supposed to be rewarding not codependent or controlling this is your journey so start with that.

When I started in coaching just doing my own thing and then heard I needed to work with other people and collaborate I was resistant. It is easy to work in your own bubble where to no one questions you and you’re clients just do what you say because they hired you to do something. You feel like you are in control. I will always be grateful that experience and then moving into the collaborative space, I had to move through a lot of stuff to get there. I am grateful that too because it brought up all of that what if we have disagreements or I’m off base in some way. What happens? The answers is we have to be transparent and be willing to discuss where information came from and what it was actually for. I call it being able to grow in the presence of others. I ask my experts where do you stop and they begin. It’s not as simple as people would like to make. There is always reflection and synergy. Energy is a fluid thing and easy to get caught in a modality and then expect it to be everywhere and not take responsibility for growth and just expect people to be where you are then you will keep them there. There is no room for growth or otherness if you only see through one lens.

Yes, it easy to be conscious from your couch. True consciousness takes interaction with the world people.

And it takes people who disagree with you. I don’t know all of your modalities and missions and purposes and I don’t need to. Where the value is saying being able to say yes this works for me or maybe I can take some of it and add to it. Or a lot of times now I know when people need that work I know who to send them to. There are all kind of options if you are open to it and having the dialog and the experience of it.

Yes, and I think the foundation of that is you will be open to that if you come from a place of knowing that you are safe and supported no matter what.

Yes!

If I am believe and treat myself as a whole and complete then I will treat you whole and complete. I think so many healers fall off the wagon there.

Haha! I think that a lot of healers got a rude awakening. They first come in with this modality, they are nervous about being a healer, and can they really do this? Then they do it and they own up to being a healer and then they think that’s it. The thing is there is more, there is something after that and after that and on and on. A lot of folks when being a healer didn’t magically create this life of ease and law of attraction existence It was a rude awakening.

We just created a whole other construct of course we have to break out of that one too. That’s what we do is we create constructs and then we choose if want to stay in it or we want to move and create a new one or we adapt it or we mutate it, you know there is this pliability to it. Its getting stuck in that stagnant place that you were talking about that we have to somehow justify why we are here. It just doesn’t come from the place you’re speaking of in that supportive loving space.

I was shocked to find out that in the collaboration conversation a lot of people are not ready to collaborate. You have to a collaboration that sense of knowingness in who are and a confidence in it, before you’re really helpful in a cooperative setting. Otherwise, you are constantly trying to define yourself through it.

In Soul Language we can identify a business Soul Language too because businesses have a soul they are an entity. When one of the languages showed up as Collaboration. I was like “Are you effing kidding me!?”

Haha! I said the same thing !!

True collaboration can happen when you powerfully respect everybody’s beliefs, you don’t have to agree with them but you respect their place. I noticed

I noticed when I healed that painful collaboration experience I started attracting the situation. I remember the first time it happened I laughed out loud. I told the person who called that I was laughing at God because he is really funny at the moment. I realized there’s that wholeness there’s that cleaness and now it’s reflecting back at me.

As we grow and as we expand you are in a relationship with everything on this planet. So, the way that you are going to grow and receive is through relationships. God can bring you a tree of stuff, it would freak you out, but he could do it. That’s really not the way it’s going to happen, nine to one, it’s going to happen through human contact.

So, you mine as well put your best foot forward and bring your full game to those collaborations.

It would be fun to do a study because I wonder if all of the people who got the information to collaborate were like the girls in school who did’t get along with other girls in school.

When I started hearing collaboration I was like I don’t really well with others. That actually positioned me the best to play that out because I could recognize what wasn’t that. I just wasn’t ever drawn to it ever in my existence. It helped to rapidly pierce the veil of what is it? What is true collaboration?

I have even moved into calling synergistic collaboration without that energetic awareness piece it’s just cooperation and to me that’s a superficial construct. It is an actual intertwinement of energies to create something. Not this “Hey will you come help me my project but rather allowing the full entity to flow between us flourish I mean it is kind of that concept.

Yes, I mean I go along with the girls from school.

Well, there goes that theory! Haha!

Wait I am going to add that theory. I was the girl that was like “Are you kidding me, we are going to do what?” I got along but I didn’t always go along with the group because I could see all of the added integrity icky stuff that as going on.

Ah got it. That makes sense.

So, it wasn’t that I didn’t get along it was like I didn’t feel apart.

Yep, that is exactly what it is you are absolutely right. It’s in the group but not of the group.

Honestly, I’m not sure I wanted to be apart of the group.

In the super power world and I would assume you have a construct for this as well, we call it the chameleon ability. It’s really the ability to traverse different world and shape shift in different groups to have an impact on them. It’s not something that I am pre disposed to but it is something I allowed to come through me. I have a natural curiosity about different subcultural and how different groups and tribes operate and what drives them.

Even now I am very fascinated with the Google and Facebook algorithms  and how we have created these fictitious universes for ourselves and we think that they represent reality as a whole but it is really just one lense that we are seeing through. My bias is that we have done that very purposefully.

Like you said this journey is not for the faint of hearts. If you really want to ignore growth and mutation and adaptation you really can. It is pretty easy to create your own world and get caught up that you have a firm grip on reality and yours is the only way. You really have to get outside yourself and say maybe there is something more. Which I like, I like that it is not easy.

For along time I would be friends with the goo of people, meaning I would be friends with their soul. That would give the opportunity to bring out the best in their soul. Then as I grew up I realized I needed to friends with the what they shoe because that creates better relationships. I honestly think we are saying pink and salmon at the same time. It is the same thing but different ways of saying it. I think you’re like me where all of this is very interesting where you want to know how people think and feel and operate.

Most people who know me would laugh at this but I think that I have a real love of humanity.

Haha! I don’t even know you that well and I am laughing. That I would be like if I said that like “Oh, I love people”

I love humanity I am not so sure I like people. I want to know how they think and feel. I want to alleviate suffering. I want to get in there and mix it up. It is fun when you meet someone who has the same goal.

I have always like that in high school I was giving relationship advise and I didn’t really play with that construct. Then in college it was inner cultural communications, it was like a constant want to know who do we tick. I wanted to deconstruct it all and put it all back together. It really led me on such a fascinating trajectory, of course, we seek outside of ourselves what we seek within ourselves, and there were pieces of me that just really wanted to understand.

I observe my reaction to people. There are times were I just get super confused by people, it’s like robotic like “Does not compute” and I watch this in my daughter too, she just get so confused by people. Just with simple things like just being nice, like seeing people going out of their way to be hurtful. There is this piece of me that in like this naïve piece of me that just wants to understand, like this child like piece of me. At this stage I am not so quick to move or fix this piece but to just be in observation and I like this piece.

Yeah, it is like that little child part of you saying “Why do that have to be so mean?” there is that part of you that truly just doesn’t understand and I think that part really needs to be loved and nutured. I think that is what makes people truly compassionate and just feel like this is not the way and without any judgement too, just truly not understanding.

I totally understand, I do the same thing.

Really, well that perfect. This is putting some puzzle pieces together because someone the other day someone said to me “You are one of the most compassionate people I have ever met” I was a little taken back. I know this, but that is not typically the feedback that I get from others. It was that  whole “you see me” conversations and it was so cool. To meet people in that frequency of love doesn’t always mean you say things that the temporal self wants to hear, in fact it is usually the opposite. So, when I got that feedback in was this equally appreciated and baffling.

So, I appreciate the spin you put on that and I would have never have considered it the angel thing but it resonates because it feels pure.

Yes, it is like pure love. When you dealing with angel energy they don’t have souls it just pure love. So I just learn to trust in knowing when it’s like no, no, no we shouldn’t play with that person.

Haha! They are going to take all of my toys!

Yes, and I think that is part of connecting and having that good solid relationship with yourself. You really start to fully listen to yourself not just half listen. Then take action on the full intention.

You know when we made the choice to home school our daughter some people said, “Well she has to learn how the world works” but it was like how else good we preserve that piece and honoring it as that internal guiding system. I wasn’t always sure it was the most powerful choice for her. It is becoming more clear the reason for that and pieces that need to be preserved in her through my experience with her as well. So, I like how you mentioned fully listening to yourself.

Well. I really appreciate this. For everyone listening I hope at that bare minimum we have illuminated the fact that it is okay there different construct and paradigms. People are attracted to different langauges and constructs and ideas. This is not meant to make that wishy washy. Still speak you way people need you to do that so that they can bring their stuff into the world. It is very powerful when that occurs. On some level you could say oh well we are all doing this work. That does mean you stop or water your stuff down or adopt someone elses. You keep doing in your way and allow the space for everyone to do it their way. Its both and you can be in both spaces simultaneously and it’s not hypocritical.

I think it is important and I appreciate you playing in that space with me.
